Stampin' Up! Spooky Night, Seasonal Lantern, Patterned Pumpkins, Layering Ovals - II

Our stretch of nice weather came to an end this morning.  It rained early and it's very cloudy and humid.  We may have some severe thunder storms this afternoon and even more humidity if the sun peeks out.  The more the sun peeks out, the more chance for severe weather.  So far so good!

We went to the Midland County Fair last night and really enjoyed our time there with our friends.  We sat and ate Italian Sausage Dogs, walked the fairway and around the vendors and then we bought some of the HUGE Cinnamon Rolls with extra icing and ate them on our ride home.  YUM!

My share for today is a second 4" x 4" Card that I designed using Stampin' Up's Spooky Night Designer Series Paper.  Let's take a look:

My Card Base is Basic Black Cardstock cut at 4" x 8" and scored and folded at 4" for a side opening Card.

My Card Front Panel is Old Olive Cardstock cut at 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" and adhered to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I decided on the Moon with the Tree pattern again from the new Spooky Night Designer Series Paper.  You can get 16 of the Moon and Tree 3" x 3" Panels when cutting the one sheet of 12" x 12" paper in your trimmer.  That makes for some awesome Halloween Party or Autumn 3" x 3" Cards.  Today, I'm making the Cards 4" x 4".

Once I had my 3" x 3" Panel trimmed out, I sponged the Moon with a little Daffodil Delight Ink.

Using SU's new Patterned Pumpkins Thinlits Dies, I die cut out the Pumpkin Die with the Stars from Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry Cardstocks. I adhered 3 of the Crushed Curry Stars leftover from the Pumpkin die cut to the Moon with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.  I brushed some Wink of Stella onto the Stars to give them some shine.

I then adhered the 3" x 3" Moon and Tree Panel to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Patterned Pumpkin Thinlits Dies, I die cut the Large Open Pumpkin Die from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock.  I die cut the Pumpkin Die again using the Black with Polka Dots Pattern from SU's Spooky Night Designer Series Paper.

I adhered the Large Open Pumpkin Pie Pumpkin to a scrap of Pumpkin Pie Cardstock and adhered the Black Polka Dot Pattern pieces into the spaces in the Pumpkin Pie Open Pumpkin with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

I then die cut the Leaves and the Vines from Old Olive Cardstock and adhered them to the top of the Pumpkin with Mono Multi Purpose Glue leaving the ends of the Vines and Leaves free of adhesive.

I adhered an Old Olive Enamel Glitter Dot to the Vines as shown in the picture above.

Using SU's Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, I die cut the Largest Oval from Old Olive Cardstock.

Using SU's new Seasonal Lantern Stamp Set, I masked off the word Greetings and stamped the word Autumn in Basic Black Archival Ink onto the Oval.  I then cleaned my stamp, masked off the word Autumn and stamped the word Greetings in Basic Black Archival Ink just below the word Autumn.  I then adhered the Oval to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered the die cut Pumpkin Pie Pumpkin with Stars to a scrap piece of Crushed Curry Cardstock, fussy cut it out and adhered it to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

I die cut another Small Leaf from Old Olive Cardstock and adhered it to the Pumpkins' Stem with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.
