Stampin' Up! A Little Wild, Little Loves, Pop of Paradise, Beautiful Bouquet, Bouquet Bunch, Eclectic Layers, Lion Note Card - I

I'm still having some issues with my health and go back to see the surgeon on Wednesday.  So, I'm still going to be a little slow on making cards and projects.  Please bear with me!

My share for today is a Lion Note Card that I designed using SU's A Little Wild, Pop of Paradise and Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Sets and Little Loves, Bouquet Bunch and Layering Ovals Framelits and Eclectic Layers Thinlits Dies and Color Theory and Coffee Break Designer Series Papers.

Let's take a look:

My Card Base is a Whisper White Note Card.

My First Card Front Panel is from Color Theory DSP in Daffodi Delight cut to measure 2-3/4" x 4-1/4".  I love how this DSP just fades off from a dark yellow to such a light yellow.

My Second Card Front Panel is from Coffee Break DSP cut to measure 2-1/2" x 4".  I adhered this Panel to my First Card Front Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, I die cut the 1-7/8" x 2-3/4" Oval from both Panels.

Using SU's Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, I die cut the 2-1/4" x 3-14" Scalloped Oval from Dapper Denim Color Theory DSP for the Background.

Using SU's Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, I die cut a Frame from Garden Green Cardstock with both the above Oval and Scalloped Oval dies.

I adhered the Dapper Denim Scalloped Oval with Mono Multi Purpose Glue to my Card Base making sure that my Card Front Panel fit evenly on the Card Base and around the Scalloped Oval.

I adhered my Card Front Panel to my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I adhered my Garden Green Scalloped Oval Frame around the Oval opening in my Card Front Panel.

I fussy cut the Lion Tag apart as shown in the picture above and adhered only the bottom portion of the Lion inside the Oval.

Using SU's Pop of Paradise Stamp Set, I stamped 2 of the Small Leaves; one in Garden Green and one in Pear Pizzazz Inks onto Whisper White Cardstock.

I stamped one of the Large Leaves in Pear Pizzazz Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.  Using SU's A Little Wild Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment in Basic Black Archival Ink onto the Large Pear Pizzazz Leaf.

I fussy cut out the 2 Small Leaves and the Large Leaf and adhered them to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the pictures above.

Using SU's Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set, I stamped one of the Small Flowers and one of the Flower Bud's with Melon Mambo Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.

I adhered the Small Flower and the Flower Bud to the Pop of Paradise Leaves with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Using SU's Bouquet Bunch Framelits Dies, I die cut several of the Leaf Stems in Garden Green and Pear Pizzazz Cardstocks.

Using SU's Eclectic Layers Thinlits Dies, I die cut the several of the Leaf Stems in Pear Pizzaz Cardstock.

I adhered the Leaf Stems to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.  I fussy cut a lot of the leaves and pieces of the stems apart and adhered them randomly to my Card.  I adhered two whole Leaf Stems and a piece of a Leaf Stem behind the Lion.

I also fussy cut out the back of the Lion and adhered him to the back of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
