Sneak Peek Sale-A-Bration 2018 Lots of Lavender, Petal Palette, Lots of Labels - Thank You Card

It's mostly cloudy out today with a high of 16.  Pretty dreary looking outside.  We have a chance for some snow showers this evening; but, no accumulation and the winds are picking up again.  I'm sure it will make driving a challenge with the snow flying all around.

My share for today is a Thank You Card.  Let's take a look:

My Card Base is Wisteria Wonder Cardstock cut at  4-1/2" x 5" and scored and folded at 2-1/2" for a side opening Card.

Using SU's Lots of Lavender SAB Stamp Set, (Free with a qualifying order), I stamped my Lavender Bouquet with Basic Black Archival Ink onto a panel of Shimmery White Cardstock and trimmed it out to measure 2-1/4" x 4-1/4".

I then stamped my Lavender Bouquet in Wisteria Wonder Ink, the Leaves and Stems in Lemon Lime Twist Ink and the Bow in Pool Party Ink.

Using the Bud Stamp from Lots of Lavender Stamp Set, I stamped the Buds 5 times in Wisteria Wonder Ink. Some of the Buds I stamped twice to make them a little darker.

I cut a length of SU's 1/4" Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon, wrapped it around the left side of my Card Front Panel and adhered it with Mono Multi Purpose Glue in the upper left corner where I knew the Bow would cover the glued end of the Ribbon.  I tied another length of the Ribbon into a Bow and adhered it with Mono Multi Purpose Glue over the glued end of the Ribbon.

I then adhered the Card Front Panel to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

For the inside of my Card:
Using SU's Lots of Labels Framelits Dies, I die cut out a Label from Whisper White Cardstock.

Using SU's new Petal Palette Stamp Set, I stamped 3 of the Small Flowers in Wisteria Wonder Ink at the top of my Label as shown in the picture above.

I stamped my Sentiment in Basic Black Archival Ink.

Using SU's new SAB Lots of Lavender Stamp Set, I stamped my Leaves in Lemon Lime Twist Ink.

I adhered my Label to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered 3 of SU's Adhesive Backed Sequins to the Front of my Card and then adhered some Small Basic Jewel Pearls inside each Sequin and in the middle of the Bow.

This size Card fits into SU's new Whisper White Narrow Envelopes.  You would have to call your local Post Office to see if this size can be mailed.

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Stamparatus

The Stamparatus is a new product from Stampin' Up!  I was one of the unfortunate ones to miss the first reservation window.  I love this new product and my FAVE feature of the Stamparatus is the double doors!

Change in Stamparatus Reservation Windows

The results are in! The first Stamparatus reservation window reached its maximum number of reservations in just 15 minutes, which provided us with some very important information: You LOVE this new stamping tool! We couldn’t be more thrilled; in fact, your response was so amazing that we’ve decided to make some important adjustments to the reservation process.
As was previously announced, the second reservation window will remain open from December 5–30; however, during this reservation period we will take as many orders as we receive (yay!) and not close the window until December 30. So whether the total number of reservations is 100 or 100,000, the window will stay open!
Please note the following changes:
  • Beginning March 19, we will ship Stamparatuses in the order the reservations were received (first in, first out) and continue through the next few months and beyond as product arrives in our warehouse. Because shipment dates are based on manufacturing lead times, not all of the reservations made during the December 5–30 window will ship on March 19 (as was previously announced).
  • In order to accommodate demand, limits have changed as follows: one reservation per customer and one per demonstrator.
  • Because we are not limiting the maximum number of reservations for the second window, we will not offer a third window. This is the last chance for you and your customers to reserve a Stamparatus before it becomes available in the 2018-2019 annual catalog.
Please note what has not changed:
  • If you reserved more than one stamping tool during the first reservation period, that number will not change; you will still receive the same number you reserved.
  • If you reserved one or more stamping tool(s) during the first reservation period, you may still order during the second window.
  • The reservation window will open at 2:00 PM (MT) on December 5.
We can’t wait for you to get your hands on your very own Stamparatus and look forward to seeing the projects you’ll make with this incredible stamping tool. Look for additional details on the Stamparatus product page as the second reservation window approaches.

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
