Heartfelt Love Notes January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit - Pencil Project

We are supposed to have a scattered snow/rain mix this morning; but, it looks like we just got a very light dusting of snow so far.  It's very windy with an expected high temperature of 38.

My share for today is Stampin' Up's January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Heartfelt Love Notes.  I made a very quick and easy Valentines project for my Great Niece and Nephew with Pencils.  Let's take a look:

I purchased two packs of Pencils at our local dollar store, tied four of them together with Stampin' Up's 1/8" Ribbon and created a Tag.  (I used Whisper White for Bree and Old Olive for Joey.)

I stamped the Labels from Stampin' Up's Heartfelt Love Notes Paper Pumpkin Kit in Rich Razzleberry Ink.

Using SU's Lots to Love Box Framelits Dies, I die cut 2 Large Hearts from the Foil Heart Cards in the Kit.

Using SU's Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, I die cut 2 Scalloped Ovals from Vellum, 2 from Melon Mambo and 2 from Bermuda Bay Cardstocks.

I stamped the back of one of the Bermuda Bay and one of the Melon Mambo Ovals with the To and From stamps in the Kit.

Here is how I layered my Tags:
I adhered one Melon Mambo Oval to the front and one to the back of the Vellum Oval.  (This hides the glue from showing through on your Vellum.)  I did the same with the Bermuda Bay Ovals.

I then adhered my die cut Hearts and my Labels with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Using my 1/8" Handheld Circle Punch, I punched holes in the top of the Tags.

I cut lengths of SU's Whisper White Baker's Twine, thread them through the holes in the Tags, up and under the Ribbon Bows on the Pencils and tied them into knots.

The last thing I did was to add one of SU's Gold Enamel Heart Shapes to each Tag.

Such a quick and easy project!!!

Stay warm my Friends and thanks for stopping by my blog!!!

Heartfelt Love Notes January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit - Business Idea

It's mostly cloudy out today with a little sun peeking through now and again.  Our high temperature is expected to be in the mid 20's; but, the wind is making it cold, cold and cold.

My share for today is Stampin' Up's January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Heartfelt Love Notes that I am sharing for a Business idea.  Let's take a look:

I decided that I wanted to hand out some Business Cards and thought that the January 2018 Stampin' Up! Heartfelt Love Notes Paper Pumpkin Kit was the perfect way to go about it.

I put the outside of each Card together as per the instructions and embellished the inside of them different.

For my First Design, I die cut some small Hearts from SU's Painted With Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and adhered them with Mono Multi Purpose Glue on the Left side.

I inserted the White Die Cut Insert, a Valentine Lollipop and my Business Card in the pocket on the right.

I purchased some Paper Pumpkin Stickers and adhered one to the top of the White Die Cut Insert and stamped the bottom with the Heartfelt Love Notes Stamp Set from the Kit.

You can also write a business note on the front or back of the Insert.

Here is the Second Design:

For this Design, I stamped on the left side of the Card and on the bottom of the insert.

These are so fun and so easy to stamp, put together and hand out!!!

Stay warm my Friends and thanks for stopping by my blog!!!
