Watercolor Christmas Project Kit, Labels to Love, Tags & Trimmings, Trim Your Stocking, Layering Circles, Alternate Card III

Looks like it might be the last of the nice, hot and sunny days here in Michigan for a while.  We are supposed to have some severe storms today and then a big cool down.  Oh boy!

My share for today is another Alternate Card that I designed using elements from Stampin' Up's new Watercolor Christmas Project Kit.  Let's take a look:

My Card Base is the Wreath Card Base from Stampin' Up's new Watercolor Christmas Project Kit.

Using the 1-7/8" Circle Die from SU's Layering Circles Framelits Dies, I die cut a Circle in the center of the Wreath.

I brushed some Wink of Stella from my personal stash onto each Holly Berry.

Using SU's new Trim Your Stocking Thinlits Dies, I die cut out 4 Jingle Bells from one of the kit's Gold Foil Envelope Liners.

I made a Bow using SU's Gold Metallic Thread.

I cut a length of the Gold Metallic Thread, thread it through one of the Jingle Bells, tied it onto the Bow and adhered a second Jingle Bell to the back sandwiching the end of the thread in-between the two Jingle Bells to hide the one end of the thread.  I did the same for the second Jingle Bell making sure that it would hang a little longer then the first Jingle Bell.  I put a small dab of Mono Multi Purpose Glue on the back of one of the Jingle Bells to adhere the two Jingle Bells together as shown in the picture above.

For the inside of my Card:
Using SU's new Labels to Love Stamp Set, I stamped the Ho Ho Ho stamp to the left side of the inside of my Card with Real Red Ink making sure that you could not see it through the Circle die cut opening when the Card is closed.

Using SU's new Tags & Trimmings Stamp Set, I stamped one Large and one Small Holly Leaf in Emerald Envy Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.

Using SU's new coordinating Tags & Trimmings Thinlits Dies, I die cut out the two Holly Leaves and adhered them underneath my Sentiment with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

Using my 1/4" Handheld Circle Punch, I punched out 3 Circles from scrap pieces of the Gold Foil Envelope Liner and adhered them to the Holly Leaves with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

Love how this Card turned out and so easy to create using elements from Stampin' Up's new Watercolor Christmas Project Kit.

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.
