Stampin' Up! August 2017 Giftable Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit, Beautiful Bouquet, Everyday Label Punch - Alternate Card II

It's going to be a gorgeous week of sun and warmer temperatures for us.  Yay!

I'm sorry I didn't post on Friday.  The Pain Management Clinic that I go to for my back and arthritis switched some of my medications around and they didn't agree with me.  I'm to young to have all these issues!!!

Anyways, my share for today is another Alternate Card that I designed using Stampin' Up's August 2017 Giftable Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit.  This kit is awesome and includes a fabulous stamp set with some great greetings stamps and a gift card box with a clear acetate lid that fits 8 cards and envelopes.  I shared the Cards and Gift Card Box on my blog last week.  Let's take a look at my Alternate Card:

My Card Base is Pool Party Cardstock cut at 4-1/4" x 11" and scored at 5-1/2" for a side opening card.  I haven't made a card with these dimensions in some time.

I chose the Peekaboo Peach Card Base from the kit and trimmed out the striped portion of the Card Base to measure 2-5/8" x 5-1/2" and adhered it to my Pool Party Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  That's about 1" above the stripes and 1" below the stripes.

I stamped the two Pool Party Die Cut Flowers in the kit with the included Night of Navy Classic Stampin' Ink Spot.  I adhered the Flower on the right with Mono Multi Purpose Glue in the Center of the Flower only (so I could slide the stickers underneath the edges) and the Flower on the Left with 3 Mini Stampin' Dimensionals in the Center only.

I stamped the Flower Center Stamp on 4 of the Small Peekaboo Peach/Calypso Coral Flower Die Cuts from the kit and adhered 2 of them to the Center of each Pool Party Flower.  Save one for the Tag and one for the inside of the Card.

I stamped 3 of the Small Leaf Die Cuts from the kit with the Vein Stamp and adhered 2 of them underneath the Pool Party Flowers as shown in the picture above.  Save one Leaf for the Tag.  The two Leaf Veins on the Card Base were already pre-printed.

I adhered two of the Fern Leaf Stickers underneath the Pool Party Flowers as shown in the picture above.

Using SU's Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set, I stamped Happy Birthday on the Pre-Printed Tag Die Cut from the Kit.  I adhered one of the Small Peekaboo Peach/Calypso Coral Flowers to the Tag with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.  I adhered the last Small Leaf underneath the Flower.

Using the Night of Navy Baker's Twine from the kit, I tied a triple Bow and adhered it to the top of the Tag with a Glue Dot and Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered the Tag to my Card with Stampin' Dimensionals on the bottom and the right side of the Tag only.  Using my Paper Piercer Tool, I tucked a couple Glue Dots underneath the top left of the Tag.

For the inside of my Card:
Using SU's Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment on a scrap piece of Peekaboo Peach Cardstock and punched it out with SU's Everyday Label Punch.

I laid the Label down on the inside of my Card and lightly made pencil marks around the 4 corners and both sides of the Label so I could see where to stamp the two Half Flowers.  I then stamped the Half Flower on each side.

I adhered my Everyday Label evenly in-between the two stamped Half Flowers with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I cut the last Small Peekaboo Peach/Calypso Coral Flower in half and adhered one on each side of the Label for the Flower Centers with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I LOVE to make alternate cards from Stampin' Up's Paper Pumpkin Kits and the Occasions Kits in the Holiday and Annual Catalogs.

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.
