Stampin' Up August 2017 Giftable Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit , Gourd Goodness, Paintd Harvest, Seasonal Layers - Alternate Card I

Again, today is pretty much the same as the last couple days.  Lots of sunshine in the morning with scattered thunder storms expected towards late afternoon and evening.  Nothing severe thank goodness!

My share for today is an Alternate Card that I designed using Stampin' Up's August 2017 Giftable Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit.  This kit is awesome and includes a fabulous stamp set with some great greetings stamps and a gift card box with a clear acetate lid that fits 8 cards and envelopes.  I shared the Cards and Gift Card Box on yesterdays blog post.  Let's take a look at my Alternate Card:

I just LOVE how this Card turned out.  Fall, Halloween and Thanksgiving are just a few of my FAVE seasons for making Cards and Projects.

My Card Base is one of the Peekaboo Peach Card Bases from Stampin' Up's Giftable Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit.

Using SU's new Gourd Goodness Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment in Night of Navy Ink onto one of the Whisper White Blank Oval Die Cuts from the Kit.

I stamped the Solid Image Pumpkins Stamp in Peekaboo Peach Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.  I then stamped the Detailed Image Pumpkins Stamp over the top of the first Pumpkin Stamp with Calypso Coral Ink.  I LOVE the effect of the sun shining onto the sides of the Pumpkins.

I stamped four of the Pumpkin Stems (2 of the Small Stem and 2 of the Larger Stem) in Soft Suede Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.  (Save one each of the Stems for the inside of the Card.)  I fussy cut out the stems leaving a longer piece at the bottom of the Stem and adhered them to the top of each Pumpkin.

I adhered the Pumpkins to the Oval Die Cut and then to my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Using Giftable Greetings Stamp Set, I stamped the Vein Stamp in Night of Navy Ink onto one Small and one Large Sticker Leaf from the Kit.  I adhered the 2 Leaf Stickers and 4 Leaf Stem Stickers around the Oval Die Cut as shown in the picture above.

I stamped one Solid Image Leaf and one Detailed Image Leaf in Calypso Coral Ink onto Calypso Coral Cardstock.  I die cut out the Solid Image Leaf with the Solid Leaf Die and the Detailed Image Leaf with the Detailed Leaf Die from SU's Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies.  I also die cut out one of the Detailed Leaf Die's and one Small Solid Leaf Die's from one of the Gold Foil Envelope Liners from the Kit.

I adhered the Leaves to my Card as shown in the pictures above.

For the inside of my Card:
Using Gourd Goodness Stamp Set, I stamped the Detailed Pumpkin Image in Peekaboo Peach Ink onto Peekaboo Peach Cardstock and fussy cut it out.

I masked off my Sentiment and only stamped the Your Kindness Means So Much in Night of Navy onto the Pumpkins and fussy cut them out.

I stamped one Detailed Image Leaf in Peekaboo Peach Ink onto Peekaboo Peach Cardstock and die cut it out with the Detailed Image Leaf Die from Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies.  I also die cut out one Large Solid Image Leaf from the Gold Foil Envelope Liner in the Kit.

I adhered 2 Leaf Stem Stickers (cut one in half) to the inside of my Card as shown in the picture above.

I adhered the Detailed Image Peekaboo Peach Leaf to the Solid Image Gold Foil Leaf and then to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I then adhered my Pumpkins with the Sentiment to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

What a fun and colorful Fall Card.

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog.
