I decided to post some of my most popular designs this week since I'm on vacation:
This blog post has 943 blog views; totally amazing!!! Thank you all for visiting my blog!!!
We got another inch of snow last night. Not bad considering we were supposed to get 2-4"; but, it is starting to lightly snow again.

Today, I'm sharing with you card 2 of 6 water color cards that I made using the new Stampin' Up Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set called Flowering Fields and the new SU 2016 Occasions Catalog Botanical Builders Framelits Dies. Let's take a look at my second card:
I started out by making my A2 card bases with SU's Basic Black Card Stock and I rounded each corner.
For the tag, I cut a piece of SU's Whisper White Card Stock at 4 1/4" x 2" and punched one end using SU's Ornate Tag Topper Punch.
The panel behind the tag is SU's Melon Mambo Card Stock cut at 4 1/4" x 2 1/4" and I rounded each corner.
I stamped the flowers and butterfly from SU's new Sale-A-Bration stamp set called Flowering Fields in SU's Basic Black Archival Ink. I then used my Aqua Painter and SU's Melon Mambo, Old Olive and Crushed Curry Inks to water color the images. They are awful small images to water color; but, I think I did pretty good.
I layered two different SU Designer Series Washi Tapes (Retired) on the bottom of my tag.
Using SU's Melon Mambo 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon, I thread it through the hole in the top of the tag and tied it in a knot. I then took some SU Basic Black Baker's Twine and tied a bow around the Ribbon.
I adhered the tag to the Melon Mambo panel and then to the card base all using Stampin' Dimensionals.
I die-cut some different leaves and flowers from the new SU Botanical Builder Framelits Dies using SU's Old Olive, Melon Mambo and Blushing Bride Card Stocks. I stamped one of the leaves using SU's coordinating stamp set called Botanical Blooms.
The sentiment was stamped from SU's Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set found in the Annual Catalog.
I added some of the new SU 2016 Occasions Catalog It's Your Party Enamel Dots in Crushed Curry to the flower centers.
For the inside of my card, I cut a piece of SU Whisper White Card Stock at 4 1/2"x 3 1/2". I used a scrap of SU Melon Mambo Card Stock which I trimmed to 4 1/2" x 1/2" and adhered it to the left side of the Whisper White piece. I then rounded all 4 corners and adhered it to the inside of my card using Mono Multi-Purpose glue.
I also added a flower and a leaf stem that I die-cut from the Botanical Builders die and a 1/4" circle punched with SU's 1/4" Hand Held Hole Punch to the center of the flower.
The sentiment is from SU's new 2016 Occasions Catalog Stamp Set called Suite Sayings.
I'll share card 3 with you tomorrow so please stop back!

Another gorgeous card on the striking black background! I love this little bloom the best from this set and you've colored it so well. It looks so "pretty in pink"! I don't know why I get your posts a day late so I thought I'd check today myself and here it was….
