Share What You Love, Lilipad Lake, Lakeside, Layering Ovals - Thoughts & Prayers Card

Another gorgeous day in Michigan.  High temp's are supposed to be in the high 70's and the sun is shining full on!  My post will be very quick as we are heading out to the Lake to fish!

My share for today is a Thoughts & Prayers Card that I made using SU's new Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper, Lilypad Lake Stamp Set and Lakeside Framelits Dies.  Let's take a look:

I am in LOVE with Stampin' Up's new Lilypad Lake and the coordinating Lakeside Framelits Dies.  

My Card Base is Mint Macaron Cardstock cut at 4-1/4" x 11" and scored and folded at 5-1/2" for a top folding Card.

My Card Front Panel is the Leaf Stems pattern from SU's Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper cut at 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" and adhered to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I used Mint Macaron Cardstock for my Oval, stamped the waves on the Oval with Mint Macaron Ink, stamped the Sentiment with Basic Black Archival Ink and adhered it to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I used SU's Light and Dark Rich Razzleberry and Dark Pink Pirouette to color my Lilipad's.  I adhered one Lilypad with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and one with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I die cut the tall Grass from Tranquil Tide Cardstock. 

I stamped the Heron in Basic Black Archival Ink onto Crumb Cake Cardstock, die cut the Heron out and adhered the Heron to my Card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Now that was a quick and simple Card.

I'm headed out on the pontoon and 'Out-fish my Hubby'!!!
