Sneak Peek Sale-A-Bration Lots of Lavender, Party Hat Birthday, Bubble Over, Bottles & Bubbles, Lot of Labels - Birthday Card

Gosh, it's so cold outside.  Our furnace ran all night long.  Even the new NON-Freeze spigot where we attached a garden hose to it so we can pump the chlorinated water out of the new well froze up.  That's just crazy!!!  So much for NON-Freeze.

My share for today is a Birthday Card.  Let's take a look:

Yup!  I'm Lovin' this new Stampn' Up! Sale-A-Bration Lots of Lavender Stamp Set which is Free with a qualifying order.  So pretty!

My Card Base is Perfect Plum Cardstock cut at  4-1/2" x 5" and scored and folded at 2-1/2" for a side opening Card.

I stamped my Lavender Bouquet with Basic Black Archival Ink onto a panel of Shimmery White Cardstock and trimmed it out to measure 2-1/4" x 4-1/4".

I stamped my Lavender Bouquet in Perfect Plum Ink, the Leaves and Stems in Garden Green Ink and the Bow in Pool Party Ink.

I adhered a length of 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon around the Card Front Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and Tape on the back.

I cut a length of SU's new Silver Baker's Twine and tied it around the center of the Garden Green Ribbon and adhered the ends to the back of the Card Front Panel again with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and Tape.

I tied a Bow with another length of the Garden Green Ribbon and adhered it to the Center of the Ribbon on my Card Front Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered my Card Front Panel to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's new Bubble Over Stamp Set in the new 2018 Occasions Catalog, I stamped the For You onto a scrap piece of Shimmery White Cardstock and die cut it out with the coordinating Bottles & Bubbles Framelits Dies.  I then adhered it to my Card with a Mini Stampin' Dimensional as shown in the picture above.

For the inside of my Card:
Using SU's Lots of Labels Framelits Dies, I die cut out a Label from Whisper White Cardstock.

Using SU's new Party Hat Birthday Stamp Set, I stamped the Cupcake in Wisteria Wonder Ink and my Sentiment in Basic Black Archival Ink toward the top of my Label.

Using SU's new Gold Glitter Flakes, I adhered them around the Sentiment and one on top of the Cupcake with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

I brushed on some Wink of Stella to the top of the Cupcake and adhered the Label to the inside of my Card.

I adhered 3 more Mini Glitter Flakes to my Card Front Panel and then adhered one of SU's new Glitter Epoxy Shapes on each Flake to give it a gold color.  The new Clear and Glitter Epoxy Shapes even have Raindrop shapes.  So cool!!!

This size Card fits into SU's new Whisper White Narrow Envelopes.  You would have to call your local Post Office to see if this size can be mailed.

Stamparatus

The Stamparatus is a new product from Stampin' Up!  I was one of the unfortunate ones to miss the first reservation window.  I love this new product and my FAVE feature of the Stamparatus is the double doors!

Change in Stamparatus Reservation Windows

The results are in! The first Stamparatus reservation window reached its maximum number of reservations in just 15 minutes, which provided us with some very important information: You LOVE this new stamping tool! We couldn’t be more thrilled; in fact, your response was so amazing that we’ve decided to make some important adjustments to the reservation process.
As was previously announced, the second reservation window will remain open from December 5–30; however, during this reservation period we will take as many orders as we receive (yay!) and not close the window until December 30. So whether the total number of reservations is 100 or 100,000, the window will stay open!
Please note the following changes:
  • Beginning March 19, we will ship Stamparatuses in the order the reservations were received (first in, first out) and continue through the next few months and beyond as product arrives in our warehouse. Because shipment dates are based on manufacturing lead times, not all of the reservations made during the December 5–30 window will ship on March 19 (as was previously announced).
  • In order to accommodate demand, limits have changed as follows: one reservation per customer and one per demonstrator.
  • Because we are not limiting the maximum number of reservations for the second window, we will not offer a third window. This is the last chance for you and your customers to reserve a Stamparatus before it becomes available in the 2018-2019 annual catalog.
Please note what has not changed:
  • If you reserved more than one stamping tool during the first reservation period, that number will not change; you will still receive the same number you reserved.
  • If you reserved one or more stamping tool(s) during the first reservation period, you may still order during the second window.
  • The reservation window will open at 2:00 PM (MT) on December 5.
We can’t wait for you to get your hands on your very own Stamparatus and look forward to seeing the projects you’ll make with this incredible stamping tool. Look for additional details on the Stamparatus product page as the second reservation window approaches.

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
