Merry Music, Christmas in the Making, Oh What Fun, Trim Your Stocking, Bunch of Banners, Oh My Stars - Christmas Wreath Card

Yikes!  It was minus 3 degrees this morning and we got 5" of Snow.  Ugh!!!

My share for today is a Christmas Wreath Card.  Let's take a look:

My Card Base is Real Red Cardstock cut at 4-1/4" x 11" and scored and folded 5-1/2"for a top folding Card.

My Card Front Panel is Soft Sky Cardstock cut at 3-3/4" x 5".  I ran it through my BIG Shot using SU's Oh My Stars Embossing Folder and adhered it to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

My Second Card Front Panel is the Jingle Bells Pattern from SU's Merry Music Designers Series Paper cut at 3-1/8" x 4-1/8" and adhered to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Trim Your Stocking Thinlits Dies, I die cut 7 of the Small Leaves and one Large Leaf from Old Olive Cardstock and 6 Small Leaves and one Large Leaf from Garden Green Cardstock.

I die cut 5 Small Berries and one Large Berry from Real Red Cardstock.

I die cut 2 Jingle Bells from SU's Gold Foil Paper.

I drew a 2-1/2" Circle onto the Merry Music DSP Panel and layered and adhered all the Small Leaves around the drawn Circle with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.as shown in the picture above.

I adhered the 5 Small Berries to the Wreath with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.  I wanted to coat the Berries with SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle Adhesive to give them a shine; but, I ran out of time and knew that it wouldn't dry in time for taking pictures for this blog post.

I tied a length of SU's Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine and into a Bow on one of the Jingle Bells and then adhered them to the bottom of my Wreath with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered the two Large Leaves and Berry to the upper left corner of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Christmas in the Making, I masked my Sentiment Stamp and only stamped the Merry Christmas onto Whisper White Cardstock.

Using SU's Bunch of Banners Framelits Dies, I die cut out the Merry Christmas and adhered it across my Wreath with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

For the inside of my Card:
I trimmed out a piece of Soft Sky Cardstock to measure 3-3/4" x 4-7/8" and adhered it to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Oh What Fun Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment onto Whisper White Cardstock and trimmed it out to measure 1-5/8" x 2-5/8".

I stamped the Stars in Crushed Curry Ink as shown in the picture above.  I brushed some Wink of Stella onto the Stars to give them a glittery shine and adhered the Sentiment to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

My Card may look like a lot of work; but, it came together rather quickly.

Stamparatus

The Stamparatus is a new product from Stampin' Up!  I was one of the unfortunate ones to miss the first reservation window.  I love this new product and my FAVE feature of the Stamparatus is the double doors!

Change in Stamparatus Reservation Windows

The results are in! The first Stamparatus reservation window reached its maximum number of reservations in just 15 minutes, which provided us with some very important information: You LOVE this new stamping tool! We couldn’t be more thrilled; in fact, your response was so amazing that we’ve decided to make some important adjustments to the reservation process.
As was previously announced, the second reservation window will remain open from December 5–30; however, during this reservation period we will take as many orders as we receive (yay!) and not close the window until December 30. So whether the total number of reservations is 100 or 100,000, the window will stay open!
Please note the following changes:
  • Beginning March 19, we will ship Stamparatuses in the order the reservations were received (first in, first out) and continue through the next few months and beyond as product arrives in our warehouse. Because shipment dates are based on manufacturing lead times, not all of the reservations made during the December 5–30 window will ship on March 19 (as was previously announced).
  • In order to accommodate demand, limits have changed as follows: one reservation per customer and one per demonstrator.
  • Because we are not limiting the maximum number of reservations for the second window, we will not offer a third window. This is the last chance for you and your customers to reserve a Stamparatus before it becomes available in the 2018-2019 annual catalog.
Please note what has not changed:
  • If you reserved more than one stamping tool during the first reservation period, that number will not change; you will still receive the same number you reserved.
  • If you reserved one or more stamping tool(s) during the first reservation period, you may still order during the second window.
  • The reservation window will open at 2:00 PM (MT) on December 5.
We can’t wait for you to get your hands on your very own Stamparatus and look forward to seeing the projects you’ll make with this incredible stamping tool. Look for additional details on the Stamparatus product page as the second reservation window approaches.

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
