Stampin'
Up's Season of Gratitude Paper Pumpkin Kit for October is just one of
my FAVE Paper Pumpkin Kits. I LOVE Fall and LOVE designing with
Leaves!!!
The kit included:
Season of Gratitude Stamp Set
Chocolate Chip Classic Stampin' Spot
8 Kraft Card Bases
8 Printed Envelopes
8 Window Sheets
8 Vanilla Embossed Sheets
5 Sheets Die Cut Elements
5 Yards Green Baker's Twine
Sequins (3 Sizes in 4 Colors)
2 Sheets Foam Adhesive Strips (2 Sizes)
150 Adhesive Dots
My share for today is an Alternate Stampin' Up Season of Gratitude Paper Pumpkin card that I designed.
Let's take a look:
First, here is the first shaker card that I made per the kit's instructions.
Here is the second card that I made per the kit's instructions.
And, here is one of the Alternate cards that I designed.
I cut one of the envelopes at 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" and adhered it to one of the card bases with Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.
I adhered one of each of the die cut squares to my card front panel as shown in the pictue above.
I used one of the embossed pieces with the Leaves punched out (negative piece) as a Stencil. I put the Leaf Stencil down on top of a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock and stamped the Leaf veins over each negative Leaf with Chocolate Chip Ink. I used a lot of pressure on the stamp so that the ink would get down into the negative Leaf image.
Using my Aqua Painter and Delightful Dijon, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze Ink Pads, I water colored the Leaves and let them dry. I fussy cut out the Leaves and adhered them to the corresponding squares with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I really LOVE how the leaves turned out. It's kind of neat how the Chocolate Chip Ink moved around on the leaves too!
I stamped my Sentiment in the bottom right corner with Chocolate Chip Ink. I love the Sentiments in the Season of Gratitude Stamp Set.
And, of course, I adhered two groups of three of each size of the Sequins next to my Leaves using SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle.
That's all I have for today. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I
recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects,
duplicating them and entering them into challenges and using them for their own card classes. My cards and
projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or
sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my
creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions
cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
