Yup - cold, cloudy and windy today! It might make it to 50 degrees today with some expected rain. Brrr...the wind just makes it worse.
My share for today is Stampin' Up's Season of Gratitude Paper Pumpkin Kit for October. I think most people know how I LOVE shaker cards and this kit is over-the-top gorgeous with Fall Leaves and Sequins.
The kit included:
Season of Gratitude Stamp Set
Chocolate Chip Classic Stampin' Spot
8 Kraft Card Bases
8 Printed Envelopes
8 Window Sheets
8 Vanilla Embossed Sheets
5 Sheets Die Cut Elements
5 Yards Green Baker's Twine
Sequins (3 Sizes in 4 Colors)
2 Sheets Foam Adhesive Strips (2 Sizes)
150 Adhesive Dots
Let's take a look:
I took a picture of my card laying flat so you can see the Sequins in the Leaves.
This picture, I took on a slight angle so you can see the depth of the Leaf die cut outs, the Sequins and the Leaf Veins made with one of the stamps in the kit.
And this picture, I took with the card standing straight up. Aren't those Leaf Veins just too cool!!!
Fabulous color combination of of Cajun Craze, Chocolate Chip, Delightful Dijon, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Very Vanilla. LOVE!!!
Here's a close-up of the leaves.
Here's my second card.
The stamp set has some really neat sentiments.
I love the green Baker's Twine. I hope SU comes out with a green Baker's Twine next year.
Love the Banners and the Tags. Again, just a great color combination!!!
Please come back next week when I'll be sharing some of the Alternate cards that I made with the Paper Pumpkin Season of Gratitude Kit.
That's all I have for today. Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I
recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects,
duplicating them and entering them into challenges and using them for their own card classes. My cards and
projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or
sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my
creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions
cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
If you are

This is my first blog and it is still under construction. I have yet to receive my Watermark so the picture's

Gorgeous leaves, Lynn! I love the "veins" you stamped and the color choices, they're perfect for fall. The fact that they're shakers make them even more awesome! The little touch of green twine is perfect. They may be the closest thing I get to leaf color this year. Ours are just turning brown and dropping with all this dry weather we've had! boo!
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't until I got this kit in my hot little hands......And I have to say....I LOVE IT!
