Spooky Night Sweet Home Home Sweet Home Graveyard Gate Detailed Gate Stitched Shapes Hexagon Tags - Mini Pizza Box

Just another gorgeous day outside today.  I can't believe that the weather is staying so nice for this late in the year.

My share for today is one of Stampin' Up's Mini Pizza Boxes that I embellished.  It's perfect to hold the Hexagon Cards that I designed and turned into Tags and inserted into the Mini Pizza Box.  The Hexagon Tags fit perfectly into the Box.

Let's take a look:

I trimmed out the colored Polka Dot pattern from SU's Spooky Night Designer Series Paper and adhered it to the sides and top of my Mini Pizza Box with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

For the sides:
4 - at a shy 3/4" x a shy 3-1/4"
For the top:
1 - at shy 3-1/4" x a shy 3-1/4"

You can also embellish the inside of the Box; but, I ran out of time.  (Again!)

Using SU's Detailed Gate Thinlits Dies, I die cut the Gate, Lock and Key from Smoky Slate Cardstock.

I trimmed out a piece of the Gate as shown in the picture above, cut it down the middle into 2 pieces and adhered the outside edges of the Gate to my Box with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I cut the top of the Lock and wrapped it around the two Gates to hold them closed.

Using SU's Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies, I die cut the 1-5/16" x 2-1/4" Oval from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock.

Using Graveyard Gate Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment onto the Oval with Basic Black Archival Ink and adhered it to the right side of the Gate only with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I stamped the Crow in Basic Black Archival Ink onto a scrap piece of leftover Spooky Night paper (inbetween the images on the Very Vanilla part), fussy cut out the Crow and adhered the Crow to the top of the Gate on the right side only with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

I manually did a light score line on the edges of the Gate and pressed then open with my fingers.

Using Sweet Home Stamp Set, I stamped 3 Ghosts in Basic Black Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.

Using Home Sweet Home Thinlits Dies, I die cut out the 3 Ghosts and then 3 Bats from Basic Black Cardstock.

I adhered one Bat to the Oval on the front and two Bats to the Oval on the inside and then the 3 Ghosts to the center of the box inbetween the Gate all with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I cut a length of Linen Thread and tied one end around the Key and the other end around the Gate and into a Bow as shown in the picture above.

I adhered 4 Enamel Glitter Dots to the Gate and 2 on the Oval as shown in the picture above.

And, the Mini Pizza Box holds my Hexagon Tags perfectly.  You couldn't ask for a better fit!

*Note - we have a lot going on besides re-modeling the BIG room upstairs that goes out on to our balcony....

SO, I set my 3 Hexagon Tags down last night to go help my Husband and do you think that I can find where I set them down at!!!  Nope!

SO, I put the my Hexagon Cards in the Box to show you.  The Hexagon Tags are identical to the Hexagon Cards except I punched an 1/8" hole in the upper left hand corner of each Card and tied on some Linen Thread for a Tag.

I hope I find them tonight as I will need them again for tomorrow's project.

Again, you can always embellish the inside of your Mini Pizza Box too!  Or, better yet, add some CHOCOLATE!  Which I could really use right now!!!   😊😊😊

I still have some Stampin' Up Promotions to share with you today too!

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
