Wildflower Wishes February 2018 Paper Pumpkin - Alternate Card

I think just about everyone is tired of all this new snow we are getting.  We got about 4" yesterday, another 2" today and more expected for tomorrow.  Yuck!

Well, I'm feeling somewhat better and the antibiotics are starting to kick in although they are raising some havoc on my tummy!  My hope is to avoid another hospital stay and it's looking like that might happen.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

My share for today is another Alternate Card that I designed using Stampin' Up's Wildflower Wishes February 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit.  Let's take a look:

My Card Base is Tangerine Tango Cardstock cut at 4-1/2" x 5" and scored and folded at 2-1/2" for a side opening card.

My Card Front Panel is Tempting Turquoise Cardstock cut at 4-1/4" x 4-3/4" and adhered to my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Using SU's Lots of Labels Framelits Dies, I die cut a portion of the Pre-Printed Envelopes in the Kit for my Table Cloth/Shelf.

Using SU's Picnic Basket Builder Framelits Dies, I die cut the Flower Pot from the Criss-Cross Pattern Panel in the Kit.  I put the Basket die cut back in the die and cut more off of one side to make it a Flower Pot.

I adhered my Table Cloth/Shelf with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

I adhered the Flower Pot with Mono Multi Purpose Glue to my Card leaving the top free of adhesive so I could tuck my Leaves and Stem behind it.

Using SU's Layering Circles Framelits Dies, I took 2 of the Circle Dies, off set them and die cut the curved Flower Stem from Garden Green Cardstock.  I dragged the Stem and 2 of the Vellum Leaf Stems through my Garden Green Ink Pad and let them dry.  Once they were dry, I tucked them behind the top of the Flower Pot and adhered them with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's 1/2" Circle Punch, I punched a Circle from Tangerine Tango Cardstock.

Using SU's Leaf Punch, I punched 8 Leaf Stems.  I trimmed off one Leaf from each Leaf Stem and adhered them in 2 layers to the back of the Circle with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle Adhesive, I applied the Adhesive to the Flower Center and let it dry.

I adhered my Flower to the top of my Flower Stem with a Mini Stampin' Dimensional.

I fussy cut out 3 of the Blue Flowers from the Pre-Printed Envelope and adhered them to the Flower Pot with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I cut a length of the Linen Thread from the Kit, tied it into a small Bow and adhered it to the top of the Flower Pot with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered 3 Tiny SU Basic Jewel Pearls (Retired) to the Flower, one to the Bow and 3 to the Flower Pot.

Wishing you all a warm and sunny day!!!

Blessings!

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
