Wildflower Wishes February 2018 Paper Pumpkin - Alternate Tags

Our high temperature today is supposed to be in the mid to high 30's; but, with the wind, it feels like the mid 20's even though the sun is shining full on.  We are also expecting 1" to 3" of snow tonight and into tomorrow and then another 2" to 4" the next day.  Oh yay!  I saw my first Robin of the year yesterday and boy is he in for a shock when we get all that snow!!!

Well, I just can't win for losing this year.  I had a root canal done on Wednesday and by Friday, the pain was so bad that I almost didn't make it through my Mother-In-Law's Funeral Mass at Church.  It felt like my heart was beating right in my tooth.  I called my Dentist's emergency line on Saturday (twice) and no one called me back.  I started some antibiotics that I had leftover from my hospital visit when I had a tooth pulled last July and by Sunday night, I felt somewhat better.  My Hubby took me back to the dentist this morning and he
re-packed the temporary filling, gave me a script for more antibiotics and he wants to see me every day until the swelling in my face is gone.  I so hope that I don't end up in the hospital again.

So, my Hubby was supposed to take my Brother-In-Law to the hospital today to have a stent put in his leg and abdomen and my Brother-In-Law had to find a friend to take him to the hospital so that my Hubby could take me to the Dentist and/or Emergency Room.  Well, they just called and said everything went well with my Brother-In-Law.  Yay!  Something went right!

Anyways, enough of my woes.  My share for today is 3 Alternate Tags that I designed using SU's new Wildflower Wishes February 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit.  Let's take a look:

Using SU's Lots of Labels Framelits Dies, I die cut a Label from each of the 3 Pre-Printed Panels from the Kit.  I trimmed each Label off at 2-7/8".  I took 3 of the Pre-Printed Labels from the Kit, trimmed them off at 2-5/8" and adhered them to the Pre-Printed Panel Labels with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using the Wildflower Wishes Stamp Set from the Kit, I stamped the 3 Sentiments in Garden Green Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.  I trimmed them off to measure (from left to right) 5-8" x 2-1/4", 5/8" x 2-1/8" and 5/8" x 1-3/8" and adhered them to my Tags with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

Using my 1/8" Handheld Hole Punch, I punched holes in the tops of my Tags, cut lengths of the Linen Thread from the kit, thread the thread through the holes and tied the ends in knots as shown in the picture above.

Using SU's 3/4" Circle Punch, I punched 3 Circles from Crushed Curry Cardstock.

Using SU's Leaf Punch, I punched many of the 3 Leaf Stems from SU's Tempting Turquoise Cardstock.  I trimmed off each of the 3 Leaves from the Stem and separated them into piles of the same likeness Leaves.

With the first pile of like Leaves (Longer-Pointed Leaves), I adhered one row evenly around the back of one of the Crushed Curry Circles with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and then adhered another row of evenly spaced Leaves in-between each Leaf of the first row.

I adhered one of the Flower Stickers from the Kit onto the Crushed Curry Circle.

Using SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle Adhesive, I applied the Adhesive to the Flower Sticker.

I adhered the next pile of Leaf-Petals (Largest-Roundest Leaves) to the back of another Crushed Curry Circle the same way as written above.

Using SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle Adhesive, I applied the Adhesive to the Crushed Curry Circle.

I adhered one of the Flower Stickers to the last Crushed Curry Circle and adhered the last pile of Leaf-Petals to the back of the Crushed Curry Circle in the same manner as written above.

Using SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle Adhesive, I applied the Adhesive to the Flower Sticker.

I adhered a Flower to each of my Tags in the bottom right hand corner and overhanging the bottom and right side of the Tag with a Stampin' Dimensional.

I adhered Pearls from the Kit to the center of each Flower as shown in the picture above.

Wishing you all a warm and sunny day!!!

Blessings!

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
