Hand Penned Memories & More, Hand Penned Petals & Garden Birdhouses Stamp Sets, Stitched Greenery & Basic Borders Dies - Special You Card

It's a hot, sunny day outside today in Midland, Michigan.  Our high temp for today is 84F with a low tonight of 63F.  The winds are WSW at 5 to 10mph.

My share for today is a 'Special You' Card that I designed using the Hand Penned Memories & More Card Pack, Hand Penned Petals & Garden Birdhouses Stamp Sets, Stitched Greenery & Basic Dies and more.  Let's take a look:


Can you tell from my previous blog posts that Highland Heather is one of my FAVE colors!!!  😊😊😊

My Card Base is Garden Green Cardstock.

Using the Stitched Greenery Die, I ran my Card Front through my Cut & Emboss Machine.  I just love the effect of all that stitching!!!


I trimmed out a Panel of Highland Heather Cardstock to measure 3-1/2" x 4-3/4".

Using the Basic Borders Dies, I die cut the bottom of my Panel with the Angled/Dotted Die.

I chose the Gather Happy Moments Card Front from the Hand Penned Memories & More Card Pack and adhered it to my Highland Heather Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I cut a length of the 3/8" Just Jade Gingham Ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack, wrapped it around my Panel, tied it into a Bow and adhered it to my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.


For the inside of my Card:

Using the Garden Birdhouses Stamp Set, I stamped my Saying in Garden Green Ink onto a panel of Whisper White Cardstock that I trimmed out to measure 3-3/4" x 5".  I adhered the Panel to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I trimmed out a Strip from Daffodil Delight Cardstock to measure 3/4" x 4-3/4".

Using the Small Two Flower Stamp from the Hand Penned Petals Stamp Set, I stamped it four times in Daffodil Delight Ink as shown in the picture above.

I adhered the Strip to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.


I adhered three of the Highland Heather Pastel Pearls to the Front of my Card as shown in the picture above.

The Hand Penned Suite is becoming a FAVE of mine!!!   😊😊😊
