It's another beautiful, full-sun-on day outside today in Midland, Michigan. Our high temp for today is 76F with a low tonight of 50F. The winds are light and variable.
My share for today is a Just A Note Card that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s Encircled In Friendship and Peekaboo Farm Stamp Sets, Encircled In Beauty, Scalloped Contours, Layering Circles and Brilliant Wings Dies and more. Let's take a look:
My Card Base is Whisper White Cardstock.
Using the Scalloped Contour Dies, I die cut the bottom of my Card Base with the Scalloped/Dotted die.
I trimmed out strips of Fresh Freesia, Soft Succulent, Pale Papaya, Evening Evergreen and Polished Pink to measure 1-1/4" x 4-1/4".
I trimmed out a strip of Whisper White Cardstock to measure 1-3/4" x 4-1/4".
Using the Scalloped Contour dies, I die cut the bottom edge of each strip with the Scalloped/Dotted die.
I started out by adhering the Fresh Freesia strip with Mono Multi Purpose Glue 5/8" up from the bottom scallops on my Card Base.
I then adhered the rest of the strips 5/8" up from the bottom scallops in each row as shown in the picture above.
Using the Encircled In Friendship Stamp Set, I stamped my Saying in Evening Evergreen Ink onto Soft Succulent Cardstock and die cut it out with the 1-1/8" Layering Circles die.
Using the Encircled In Beauty dies, I die cut out the Large Detailed Circle from Basic Black Cardstock.
I adhered my Saying to the Circle with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and to my Card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using the Brilliant Wings dies, I die cut out three Small and one Medium Butterfly from Polished Pink Cardstock.
I adhered the three Small Butterflies to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
For the inside of my Card:
Using the Peekaboo Farm Stamp Set, I stamped 'hello there' in Black Memento Ink in the inside of my Card.
I adhered the one Medium Butterfly with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I adhere one Large and two Small Matte Black Dots to my Card as shown in the picture above.
