Flora and Flutter December 2017 Paper Pumpkin Alternate Cards with Bird Banter, Tutti-Fruitti Cards & Envelopes, Card Box Project - VI

It's a pretty calm day outside and mostly cloudy with a high temperature of 32 degrees.  Getting warmer!!!

Today I'm wrapping up four of the Bird Banter Cards that I shared with you on my blog into one of Stampin' Up's Acetate Card Boxes.  Let's take a look:

Gosh...I just LOVE these Birds and could make many more Cards with SU's new Bird Banter Stamp Set.  But; this is my wrap up blog post for the Birds!!!

I inserted four of my Bird Banter Cards and four Tutti-Frutti Envelopes into one of SU's Acetate Card Boxes and made a Belly Band for the Box.

I trimmed out a piece of Basic Black Cardstock that measures 3"x 5" and flagged the ends for my First Banner.

I trimmed out a piece of a Calypso Coral Tutti-Fruitti Card Base to measure 2-7/8" x 4-1/2", flagged the ends for my Second Banner and adhered it to the Basic Black Banner with Mono Multi Purpose Glue on the top of the Banner only.

Using SU's Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, I die cut out a Scalloped Oval from SU's Eastern Palace Designer Series Paper and one from Pool Party Cardstock.  I adhered the two Ovals together with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and to my Banners with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I adhered a Long Stem Leaf, a Short Stem Leaf and a Flower to the Ovals with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.  ( You can see my previous blog posts on how I made them. )  I adhered a Black Basic Jewel Rhinestone to the Center of my Flower.

I adhered the Bird to the Stem with Stampin' Dimensionals under the Birds Body and with Mono Multi Purpose Glue under the Birds Feet.

Using SU's Sure Do Love You Stamp Set, I stamped the Just For You in Basic Black Archival Ink onto a scrap piece of Daffodil Delight Cardstock, die cut it out with an Oval die and trimmed the top and bottom off in my Stampin' Trimmer.  I adhered it to the Ovals on my Banners with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

I made a Ribbon Belly Band for my Acetate Card Box.  I cut 2 lengths of SU's Lemon Lime Twist 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon.  I wrapped one around the top of the Acetate Box and adhered it together in the Front with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  I wrapped the second length of Ribbon around the top of my Banners and adhered it in the Back with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and Tape.

I adhered the Banners to the Ribbon on the box with Glue Dots.

I cut another length of Ribbon, tied it into a Bow and adhered it to the Ribbon on my Banners with Glue Dots as shown in the picture above.

I did not put my Bird Banter Sure Do Love You Card into the Box.  This one is going to be my Valentines Day Card for my Hubby!

I just LOVE how this project turned out and I hope that you all enjoyed it as much as I did.

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
