Stampin' Up Birthday Bright Project Kit I

We have some light snow falling this morning and hopefully accumulations will stay under one inch.  The temps should be in the mid to upper 20's with wind chills being in the teens.  The blowing snow make it difficult to see when driving and there's those slick spots you have to worry about.  I have a couple appointments this week so hope the weather will be good.

My share for today is Stampin' Up's new Birthday Bright Project Kit.  It was so fun to put together!  I made at least 1 of each per the instruction sheet and then did a some my own way.

Let's take a look:

Stampin' Up's Birthday Bright Project Kit includes:
Card bases and envelopes
Gift Tags
White cardstock pieces, solid and die cut
Silver foil accents
Silver Glimmer Paper accents
Cotton paper fringe
White Baker's Twine
Enamel shapes
Black mini clothespins
Watermelon Wonder honeycomb circles
Acetate sheets
Confetti
Black bows
Dimensional foam strips
Address stencil

The additional products needed are Birthday Bright Stamp Set, Basic Black Archival, Emerald Envy, So Saffron and Watermelon Wonder Ink Pads, Stampin' Dimensionals, Fast Fuse and Fine Tip Glue Pen.

The coordinating colors are Basic Black, Emerald Envy, So Saffron and Watermelon Wonder.

What fun these Birthday shaker cards are!  And, I had a lot of the shaker Confetti left over to use on another project!  =)

These shaker cards are so pretty in person.  My pictures just do not do them justice.  The color is so much prettier and brighter in real life.

I even tried a real close up; but, just too many shadows today.  =(

I changed this card up a little.  I stamped the Sentiment in Emerald Envy Ink and added some Emerald Envy Circle Enamel Shapes from SU's 2016-2018 In Color Enamel Shapes.

For this card, I went with all So Saffron Ink.  The instruction sheet has the sentiment stamped in Watermelon Wonder.

For this card, I went way out of the box and used all the ink colors.

And, the same for this card.  I really think I like all the colors the best.

This card is per the instruction sheet.

For this card, I draped the Silver Flag Banners all the same way and stamped the whole card with dots.

These tags are just way too cute!

I put all the tags together as per the instruction sheet.

And, we had a little mishap again!!!  That darn Boris, one of my black cats (if you are new to my blog) took off with one of my Honeycomb Circles.  Hence the white Honeycomb Circle that I had left over from another project.   As an afterthought, I guess I could have spritzed it with Watermelon Wonder Ink.

I did make all of these tags per the instruction sheet.  I found that if you wet the Cotton Paper Tassel just a little bit, that the ends of the tassel curl up a little bit.

The little Black Bows are so cute!  I can see them being used on an Over-the-Hill 40th Birthday Card.  =)

I made these Tags per the instruction sheet.

For these two Tags, I stamped the Balloon stamp in Emerald Envy Ink before I adhered the Bows.

Stop by tomorrow and I'll show you some more cards that I made with the left over die cut Birthday Cakes from the Kit.

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
