Stampin' Up Flowering Fields Botanicals Water Color Card Set VI

Happy Friday Blogger Friends!

Today, I'm sharing with you card 6 of 6 water color cards that I made using the new Stampin' Up Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set called Flowering Fields and the new SU 2016 Occasions Catalog Botanical Blooms Stamp set and Botanical Builders Framelits Dies.  Let's take a look at my sixth card:

I started out by making my A2 card bases with SU's Basic Black Card Stock and I rounded each corner.

For the tag, I cut a piece of SU's Whisper White Card Stock at 4 1/4" x 2" and punched one end using SU's Ornate Tag Topper Punch.

The panel behind the tag is SU's Blushing Bride Card Stock cut at 4 1/4" x 2 1/4" and I rounded each corner.

I stamped the flowers and butterfly from SU's new Sale-A-Bration stamp set called Flowering Fields in SU's Basic Black Archival Ink.  I then used my Aqua Painter and SU's Blushing Bride, Old Olive and Crushed Curry Inks to water color the images.  They are awful small images to water color; but, I think I did pretty good.

I layered two different SU Designer Series Washi Tapes (Retired) on the bottom of my tag.

Using SU's Blushing Bride 1/4" Cotton Ribbon, I thread it through the hole in the top of the tag and tied it in a knot.  I then took some SU Basic Black Baker's Twine and tied a bow around the Ribbon.

I adhered the tag to the Blushing Bride panel and then to the card base all using Stampin' Dimensionals.

I die-cut some different leaves and flowers from the new SU Botanical Builder Framelits Dies using SU's Old Olive, Blushing Bride and Pink Pirouette Card Stocks.  I stamped all of the leaves using SU's coordinating stamp set called Botanical Blooms.

The Hello sentiment was stamped from SU's Talented Trio Stamp Set from the SU 2015-2016 Annual Catalog.  The Friend sentiment was stamped using SU's new 2016 Occasions Catalog Stamp Set called Bloomin' Love.

I added some of the new SU 2016 Occasions Catalog It's Your Party Enamel Dots in Crushed Curry to the flower centers.

For the inside of my card, I cut a piece of SU Whisper White Card Stock at 4 1/2"x 3 1/2".  I used a scrap of SU Blushing Bride Card Stock which I trimmed to 4 1/2" x 1/2" and adhered it to the left side of the Whisper White piece.  I then rounded all 4 corners and adhered it to the inside of my card using Mono Multi-Purpose glue.

I also added a flower and a leaf stem that I die-cut from the Botanical Builders die and a 1/4" Crushed Curry circle punched with SU's 1/4" Hand Held Hole Punch to the center of the flower.

The sentiment is from SU's new 2016 Occasions Catalog Stamp Set called Rose Wonder.

I'll share the card box that I created for my cards with you tomorrow so please stop back if you have time!
