Witty-Cisms, Stitched So Sweetly, Heart, Small Bloom, Leaf - IV

It started out mostly Sunny this morning and then turned mostly cloudy as we are expecting some rain or even wet Snow today in Midland, Michigan.  Our high temp for today is 42F with a low of 35F for tonight.  The Winds are SW at 5 to 10mph.

Stampin' Up!'s Retiring List is coming out today at 1:00PM MT which is 3:00PM EST.  Be sure to go to Stampin' Up!'s website to order and please choose me, Lynn Gauthier, as your Demonstrator.  Order early as a lot of products will sell out fast!!!

My share for today is a Thank You Card that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s Witty-Cisms Stamp Set.  Let's take a look:

I need to get out some Thank You Cards this week and I knew that I would be using Stampin' Up!'s Witty-Cisms Stamp Set as it is a fun set to work with and is great for many Occasions.

My Card Base is Real Red Cardstock cut to measure 4-1/4" x 11" and scored and folded at 5-1/2" for a top folding Card.

My First Card Front Panel is Daffodil Delight Cardstock cut to measure 3-1/2" x 4-3/4" and adhered to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies, I die cut a panel of Night of Navy Cardstock with one of the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle dies and adhered it to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using the Witty-Cisms Stamp Set, I stamped the Strawberry Stamp in Real Red Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock.

I fussy cut the Thank You and trimmed out the Berry and Much on my Stampin' Trimmer.  I saved the Strawberry to color for another project.

I've always loved to create Punch Art and I haven't done that in a while.  So, I decided to create my own Strawberry!

Using the Smaller Heart Punch from the Heart Punch Pack, I punched a Heart from Real Red Cardstock.

Using the Small Blossom Punch, I punched two Flowers from Whisper White Cardstock.

Using my 1/4" Handheld Circle Punch, I punched two Flower Centers from Daffodil Delight Cardstock and adhered them to the Centers of the Whisper White Flowers with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using the Leaf Punch, I punched out three Leaf Stems from Old Olive Cardstock.  I used my Roller Ball Pen to give the Leaves a little texture.

I adhered one Leaf Stem to the top of my Real Red Heart with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  I adhered one of the Whisper White Flowers with a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to the top of the Leaf Stem.

I adhered some of the small Pear Pizzazz Sequins from Stampin' Up!'s Iridescent Sequin Assortment to my Strawberry for Seeds with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I trimmed off one of the Leaves from one of the Leaf Stems and adhered the two Leaf Stems together with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered the second Whisper White Flower to the Center of the Leaves with a Mini Stampin' Dimensional and then to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I cut a long length of Old Olive Baker's Twine, tied one end into a Bow and adhered the Bow to the top of my Strawberry.

I adhered the other end of the Baker's Twine to the Flower at the Bottom of my Card.

I adhered the Words to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

Have a Blessed Day!!!

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!
I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
