Heartfelt Love Notes January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit - Alternate Card

We are having below normal temperatures and it is so cold outside!  The thermometer reads 19 degrees; but, it feels more like below zero with these awful winds.  Yuck!!!

My share for today is another Alternate Card I designed using Stampin' Up's January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Heartfelt Love Notes.  Let's take a look:

My Card is kind of a different layout.  I trimmed out a panel of Rich Razzleberry Cardstock to measure 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" and used it for my Card Base.  No folding or scoring.

For my Card Front, I trimmed out a panel of the Flirty Flamingo Flower pattern from SU's Pick a Pattern Designer Series Paper to measure 3-1/2" x 5".

I then trimmed off 3" from the bottom of one of the Kraft Envelopes in the kit and the 2 sides and adhered it to my Pick a Pattern DSP panel as shown in the picture above.  I then adhered it to my Card Base Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

Using SU's Layering Circles Framelits Dies, I die cut the Largest Scalloped Circle from SU's Copper Foil.

I adhered one of the Flirty Flamingo Banner Stickers from the Kit on the Circle.

I adhered a couple of scrap pieces of the Ribbon from the Kit on the right side of the Banner with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Lots to Love Box Framelits Dies, I die cut the Large Heart from one of the Card Bases in the Kit.

I adhered 3 Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of the die cut Heart, removed the backing and wound some of SU's Copper Thread onto the Dimensionals so they would show on the right side of the Heart.  I then adhered the Heart over my Banner as shown in the picture above.

I adhered the Circle to the Flap on my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals on the upper portion of the Circle only.  ( You don't want to see the Dimensionals on the back when you open up the Flap ).

For the inside of my Card ( under the Flap ):
I trimmed off a panel from one of the Scalloped White Inserts in the Kit to measure 3" and adhered it under the Flap about an 1/8" below the fold of the Flap with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered another Flirty Flamingo Banner Sticker over the Insert panel.

Using the Kits Heartfelt Love Notes Stamp Set, I stamped my Copper Foil Label in Rich Razzleberry Ink and adhered it over the Banner with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered 4 of the Small Rich Razzleberry and 2 of the Large Flirty Flamingo Enamel Circles on the Scalloped portion of the White Insert panel as shown in the picture above.

I tied a small Bow with the Ribbon from the Kit and adhered it to the Large Heart on the Front Envelope Flap with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Gosh, that was a fun Card to design!!!

Stay warm my Friends and thanks for stopping by my blog!!!
