Let It Snow, Snowman Season, Itty Bitty Christmas, All Around Wreath, Layering Circles, Tree-Moose-Gleaming Ornaments-Circle and Snowman Builder Punches, Slider Gift Card Holders - I

It's mostly sunny today in Midland, Michigan.  Our high temp for today is 32F with a low of 22F for tonight.  The winds are SW at 10 to 20mph.

Major Clearance Rack Refresh
Stampin' Up! did a major Clearance Rack refresh.  I was surprised to see so much product added to the Rack.  Wowzers!!!  Some great deals with some at less than half the original price.

My share for today are some Darling Snowman Gift Card Holders.  Stampin' Up! shared how to make this Gift Card Holder that's so easy to create.  I LOVE the design as it shows off their awesome Designer Series Paper.  Kudoo's to the Stampin' Up! Designer for such an awesome Gift Card Holder.  Let's take a look at how I designed my Gift Card Holders:

Now, how Sweet is this Lady Snowman surrounded by little Christmas Snow Birds!!!  I posted my handwritten Template with directions towards the bottom of my Blog Post.

Isn't she just Adorable!!!

For all the Gift Card Holders:  I trimmed out 7-1/2" x 6" Panels of Cardstock in Flirty Flamingo, Coastal Cabana, Blueberry Bushel, Shaded Spruce and Real Red.

I adhered them to my Gift Card Holders with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I used my 1-1/2" Circle Punch to punch a Thumbhole (a half circle) in my Panels (remember to do this before you adhere the Gift Cards together), adhered my Tear & Tape Adhesive and folded up the Gift Card Holders.

Pictured above is the Gift Card Insert sliding out of the Gift Card Holder.

I used Stampin' Up!'s Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper on the Gift Card Holders Front ( 3" x 4" ) and for the Gift Card Holders' insert ( 3" x 5" ).

I fussy cut out the Snow Lady and the Snow Birds from the Let It Snow SDSP.

I used Stampin' Up!'s All Around Wreath Dies to die cut out my Wreaths in the same colors as my Gift Card Holders.

Using Stampin' Up!'s Layering Circles Dies, I used the 2-3/8" Circle Die to die cut out Circles from Coastal Cabana Cardstock for behind each wreath.

I adhered the Wreath to the Circle and to my Gift Card Holder with Stampin' Dimensionals.

For this Gift Card Holder:  I used my 1/8" Handheld Hole Punch, punched out Circles from Red Glimmer Paper and adhered them to my Wreath as shown in the picture above.

Using the Snowman Builder Punch, I punched out the Snowman and then fussy cut out the Mittens and the Hat from Stampin' Up!'s Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I assembled my Snowman and adhered him to my Wreath with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I used the following Ribbons on my Gift Card Holder Inserts:  1/4" Bermuda Bay Striped Ribbon, 3/8" Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon, 3/8" Real Red Cotton Ribbon, 1/8" Real Red Curly Ribbon and 3/8" Shaded Spruce Gold Striped Ribbon.  I wrapped the Ribbon around the Inserts and then tied them into a Bow.

I used the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set to stamp all of the sayings in Black Memento Ink and punched them out with the Tree, Moose and Gleaming Ornaments Punches.

I trimmed out Cardstock Panels to use for samples where the actual Gift Card gets adhered to the Insert with Glue Dots.

I adhered the punched out sayings to the Ribbons on the Inserts with Glue Dots.

I adhered Snowflake Sequins to 3 of the Wreaths.

For this Gift Card:  Using the Snowman Season Stamp Set, I stamped my Snowman onto Shimmery White Cardstock in Black Memento Ink.

Using one of the Dot Stamps from a Paper Pumpkin Kit, I stamped the Snowmans' Cheeks in Flirty Flamingo Ink.

Using the Snowman Builder Punch, I punched the Arms from Soft Suede Cardstock and the Hat from Basic Black Cardstock.

I fussy cut a Red Strip of Real Red Cardstock for the Hat.

I fussy cut out the Holly and Berries from the Let It Snow SDSP.

I assembled the Snowman and adhered him to the Wreath with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I fussy cut out this Snowman from the Let It Snow SDSP.

I adhered the Snowman to the Wreath with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I used scraps of the Let It Snow SDSP to stamp my Saying onto and then punched them out.

I think this Snowman is looking sideways to see if Santa is on his way!!!  =)

I really loved working with the Blueberry Bushel and Flirty Flamingo colors for Christmas.  It was a nice change from the traditional colors.

It's a toss up between the Snow Lady and this Snowman as to which is my FAVE.

O.K.  I'm running out of things to say!!!  =)

Such cuteness!!!  And ...

Here's my Sloppy hand written Template for the Gift Card Holder.

Enjoy!!!
