Stampin' Up Cookie Cutter Christmas, Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, Tin of Tags, Candy Cane Lane DSP, Pretty Pines

My Goodness...Our weather has cooled off for now.  It's chilly in the house; but, it warmed up nicely outside with the sun shining so bright.  I heard the weatherman use the "S" word on TV last night.  Not looking forward to the cold and all the white stuff.  =(

Stampin' Up added a LOT of items to their Clearance Rack this Morning!   You can go to www.stampinup.com and order on-line.  Please choose me, Lynn Gauthier, as your Demonstrator.  Thank you so much for your support!

Also, there are Special Offers at 25% off on new products.  Again, go to www.stampinup.com and checkout the left side captions for Special Offers and Clearance Rack.

My share for today is a card that I designed using Stampin' Up's new Cookie Cutter Christmas and Tin of Tags Stamp Sets, Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper, Pretty Pines Thinlits and Sweet & Sassy Heart Framelits Dies, 3/8" Blushing Bride Stitched Satin Ribbon, Christmas Trinkets Embellishments and Enamel Shapes.

Let's take a look:

Now, how sweet is this Gingerbread Boy and Girl looking at each other under the Mistletoe!!  Too Cute!!  I so LOVE how this card turned out.  Exactly how I envisioned it in my head.

My card base is Stampin' Up's Soft Suede Cardstock cut at 4-1/4" x 11" and scored and folded at 5-1/2".

My card front panel is the snow piece from SU's new Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper cut at 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" and adhered to my card base using Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using Stampin' Up's Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies, I die cut two of the Mistletoe pieces in Garden Green Cardstock and the smaller piece twice; once in Old Olive Cardstock and once in Cherry Cobbler Cardstock.  I also die cut the Bow in Real Red Cardstock.

I trimmed off the berries on the small Cherry Cobbler pieces and adhered them to the Old Olive piece with Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

I adhered all the pieces to the top of my card as shown in the above picture with Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

I trimmed out a piece of Soft Suede Cardstock at 1-1/2" x 3-7/8".  I adhered a piece of SU's 3/8" Blushing Bride Stitched Satin Ribbon around the cardstock and then adhered it to my card using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

Using SU's new Cookie Cutter Christmas Stamp Set, I stamped the Gingerbread Boy and Girl onto Whisper White Cardstock with Chocolate Chip Ink.  I colored in the hair, eyes, mouth, buttons; etc. with my Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Marker, punched them out using the coordinating Cookie Cutter Builder Punch and adhered them to my card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I stamped 2 of the Bows onto Whisper White Cardstock with Blushing Bride Ink, punched them out with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch and adhered them to the Gingerbread Boy and Girl with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I fussy cut two of the Gingerbread images and one of the Candy Cane Hearts from SU's new Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper.  I adhered all 3 to the bottom of my card with Stampin' Dimensionals.  This is such a cool piece of DSP.  You can fussy cut all the images out and just use them to make a card.  Hmmmmm....I'll have to add that to my to-do list!

I also adhered a Gingerbread image from SU's new Christmas Trinkets Embellishments to the center of the heart with Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

For the inside of my card; Using SU's Sweet & Sasy Framelits Dies, I die cut 2 hearts; one from Crumb Cake and one from Blushing Bride Cardstocks.

Using SU's new Tin of Tags Stamp Set, I stamped my sentiment in Basic Black Archival Ink onto the Blushing Bride Heart.  I adhered the Blushing Bride Heart to the Crumb Cake Heart and to the inside of my card using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

I fussy cut another Gingerbread image from the Candy Cane Lane DSP and adhered it with Mono-Multi Purpose Glue.

And, of course I had to add my FAVE Enamel Shapes in Blushing Bride to the Mistletoe and Gingerbread Boy and Girl (a Bow Tie for the Boy and a Bow for the Girl's hair).

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges and using them for their own card classes.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
