July–December 2021 Mini Holiday Catalog and the Sale-A-Bration Brochure Have Launched....AND....
PREPARE TO SALE-A-BRATE!
AUGUST 3 - SEPTEMBER 30, 2021
Sale-A-Bration is one of Stampin' Up!'s biggest promotions of the year. It’s packed with perks for demonstrators, overflowing with opportunities for customers and filled with fun for everyone!
Today is the last day for everyone to order the Hope Box Paper Pumpkin Kit.
Stampin' Up! had a few troubles with their computer system and are offering anyone to be able to purchase the Hope Box Paper Pumpkin Kit from August 24 to August 31, 2021, whether you are a Paper Pumpkin Subscriber or not!!! Wowzers...that is a real treat!!!
My share for today is another Alternate Project that I designed using the contents from Stampin' Up!'s August 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Hope Box, Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack and more. Stampin' Up! cofounder, Shelli Gardner, created the Hope Box to help us find what makes us hopeful. We can collect mementos and precious objects and keep a curated Hope Box as a place to turn to for some self-love and inspiration. Thank you so much Shelli for such a beautiful kit. Let's take a look:
For today, I made another Banner. I hope you are not tired of seeing my kitchen cupboards. I promise my cupboards are clean!!! 😊😊😊
For my Tags, I fussy cut out the Negative Bermuda Bay Tag die cuts (after all the die cuts have been removed from the sheets) from the Tags in the Hope Box Paper Pumpkin Kit.
I trimmed out two panels of each Cardstock; Petal Pink, Poppy Parade and Pool Party and adhered them to the back of the Negative die cuts with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. I trimmed off the over hanging edges with my Snips.
For the first Tag: I fussy cut out two of the Owls from the Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper and adhered them to my Tag with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
For the second Tag: I adhered the Oak Leaves and Acorn die cut from the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack to my Tag with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using the Beautiful Leaves Dies, I die cut out one of the Cinnamon Cider Birds from the Blackberry Beauty DSP and adhered it to the Oak Leaves/Acorns with a Stampin' Dimensional.
For my fourth and sixth Tags: I adhered the two large Owls from the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack to my Tags with Stampin' Dimensionals.
For my eighth and ninth Tags: I did the same as my first two Tags except I reversed the die cuts and the die cut out the Early Espresso Bird.
For my third, fifth and seventh Tags: I fussy cut out three of the Negative Banner die cut from the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack (two with Gold and one with Blackberry Bliss).
I trimmed out strips of Blackberry Bliss Cardstock and adhered them to the back of the Negative Banner die cuts with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. I trimmed off the over hanging edges with my Snips.
Using the Playful Alphabet dies, I die cut out the Letters for Faith, Hope and Love from Bermuda Bay Cardstock. I adhered the Letters to my Tags with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
Using 3/8" Evening Evergreen Chevron Weave Ribbon and my Snips, I trimmed the Ribbon in half lengthwise until I had enough to tie a Bow. I really like how the center frayed and left loops and long ends of Threads on the Bows.
I made nine Bows and adhered the Bows to my Tags with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I adhered Adhesive Backed Sequins from the Kit (three for each Tag) to my Tags as shown in the pictures above.
I had purchased some Gold Clips from the Clearance Rack. I used one Gold Clip to adhere my Tags to a length of String.
