Stampin' Up Fresh Fruit, Endless Birthday Wishes, Jar of Love, Everyday Jars, Blossom Builder Punch & Homemade Strawberry Jam

Oh Goodness...It is supposed to be in the 90's today with the humidity returning.  Not complaining about our Summer weather; but, that's a little too hot for me!  And, tomorrow is supposed to be the same with some storms moving in again!

Last week, I made 30 jars of homemade Strawberry Jam.  I LOVE Michigan strawberries and always can't wait for them to hit the fruit stands.

So, my share for today is my homemade jars of Strawberry Jam that I embellished using Stampin' Up's new Fresh Fruit, Jar of Love and Endless Birthday Wishes Stamp Sets, Everyday Jars Framelits Dies and the Blossom Builder Punch.

Let's take a look:

Aren't they cute!!!  Not only did my embellishing turn out cute; but, my jam turned out awesome too!  Yummy!!!

I stamped lots of strawberries and caps with SU's Fresh Fruit Stamp Set onto Whisper White Cardstock using Real Red and Always Artichoke Inks.  Then, I fussy cut them all out.

I colored in the seeds using SU's Stampin' Write Marker in Crushed Curry.  I also colored around the edges of the strawberries and the caps with Real Red and Always Artichoke Stampin' Write Markers.

I adhered the caps to the tops of the strawberries using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.  I made one single layer strawberry and one four layer 3D strawberry for each jar.  When you adhere multiple strawberries together, you have to trim the tops as they don't match up and re-color the edges with Always Artichoke Ink.

I punched some scalloped circles using SU's 2" Scalloped Circle Punch and put a dot in each scallop with an Always Artichoke Stampin' Write Marker.

I tried out Stampin' Up's new Blossom Builder Punch and I quickly became addicted to making the flowers that I used to embellish the tops of my jars.  I adhered these to the tops of my jars using SU's Stampin' Dimensionals.

I criss-crossed and adhered together two layers of two large petals and two layers of two small petals in Real Red Cardstock.  I used my bone folder to curl up the edges of each petal.

I then punched out the larger flower in Whisper White Cardstock and the smaller flower in Crushed Curry Cardstock.  I used my Petal Roller Tool to cup each flower and adhered them to the center of the petals.

I added an Always Artichoke Enamel Circle to the center of each flower.

Using a piece SU's Whisper White Cardstock folded in half, I partially die cut the largest jar die from SU's Everyday Jars Framelits Dies so that the top of the jar stayed connected to make the jar tag.

I stamped the jars die cuts using SU's Jar of Love Stamp Set and Always Artichoke Ink.

I pulled some long threads from SU's new 5/8" Burlap Ribbon and wrapped them around the top of the jar as shown in the picture.  I adhered one 3D strawberry to one end of the thread using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

I added a Real Red Enamel Shape to the base of the thread loop where I tied the knot.  I also put a small dab of Mono Multi-Purpose Glue under the knot to make it more secure.

On the inside of my jar tag, I stamped the word enjoy from SU's Endless Birthday Wishes Stamp Set in Always Artichoke Ink.

I adhered the loop on the jar tag to the scalloped circle with one of SU's Silver Enamel Shapes.  I thought it kind of looked like a dew drop.

A lotta' LOVE went into this project!!!  =)

That's all I have for today!  Please come back tomorrow when I'll share a card that I designed using SU's new Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper and Layering Love Stamp Set.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!  Have a great day!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges and using them for their own card classes.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
