It's a beautiful, sunny, windy today outside today in Midland, Michigan. Our high temp for today is 54F with a low tonight of 32F. The winds are NW at 20 to 30mph with some gusts over 40mph. It would be nice to have a nice sunny day without all of this wind. It's a 'rocks in your pocket' type of day as my Mom would say.

As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I was able to pre-order from Stampin' Up!'s new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. There are some amazing, amazing new products!!! 😊😊😊
My share for today is four Gift Tags in a Gift Card Holder that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s April 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit called So Cool and much more. Let's take a look:
Yup!!! I LOVE Ice Cream!!! My Mom used to have at least four different kinds of Ice Cream in the freezer at all times! I can't pass our local Dippy Whip without getting an Ice Cream Cone and I pretty much LOVE every flavor. My FAVE is Black Cherry from our local grocery store and Moose Tracks from anywhere! 😊😊😊
O.K. Back to business!!! I trimmed down one of the pre-printed Envelopes from the So Cool Paper Pumpkin Kit to measure 4" x 4-3/8" and trimmed down the Flap so that it was straight across and not curved. I punched a thumb hole with one of my Circle Punches. I adhered the two sides together with Tear & Tape Adhesive. You will see more further down in my blog post.
I trimmed out a panel of Blackberry Bliss Cardstock for the Flap to measure 1-1/4" x 3-5/8". I trimmed out a panel of the Old Olive/Dotted pattern from the Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper to measure 7/8" x 3-1/4". I adhered the two panels together and to the Flap on my Envelope with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I did the same for the Body of the Envelope only I trimmed out the Blackberry Bliss panel to measure 2-1/2" x 3-5/8" and the DSP panel to measure 2-1/8" x 3-1/4". I adhered the top panels and the bottom Blackberry Bliss panel on the Body of the Envelope with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. I adhered the bottom DSP panel with Tear & Tape Adhesive along the sides and bottom of the DSP panel to create a pocket to hold the Ice Cream Cone Tags.
Look at that color...isn't it just scrumptious! I bet my Mom could name every flavor in her own words!!!
Using the Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch, I punched the Ice Cream Scoop from various colors in the Splotches patterns in the DSP and also from Whisper White Cardstock (for the back of the Ice Cream Cones). I punched the Cones from the Cinnamon Cider/Checkered pattern in the DSP and Whisper White DSP. I adhered the Scoops to the Cones with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. I adhered the Whisper White pieces to the back of the Ice Cream Cones.
Using my Light Stampin' Blends, I went around each Scoop and each Cone with the respective colors; Daffodil Delight, Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral and Old Olive for the Scoops and Cinnamon Cider for the Cones. Be careful not to get the Ink on the Whisper White back of the Ice Cream Cones.
Using the new Tailor Made Tags Dies, I die cut out the Reinforcements in each color and adhered them to the back of my Tags. I even adhered the Holes from the Reinforcements to the Scoops for an embellishment.
Using the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp Set, I stamped To: & From: on the back of the Scoops in Memento Black Ink.
I cut out lengths of the White Baker's Twine from the new Baker's Twine Essentials Pack and looped them through the Holes in the Reinforcements on the Tags.
For the Gift Card Holder on the inside:
I trimmed out a panel of the Terracotta Tile/Wave pattern in the DSP to measure 2-5/8" x 4-1/4" and rounded the corners with the Detailed Trio Punch. I adhered my Gift Card to the DSP panel with Glue Dots.
I punched out another Scoop and Cone. Using the Hydrangea Haven Stamp Set, I stamped 'For You' onto the top of the Scoop with Memento Black Ink. I adhered the Scoop to the Cone with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and adhered the Ice Cream Cone to the panel and Gift Card with Glue Dots.
I punched out another Scoop and Cone, adhered them together and to the front of my Gift Card Holder with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I cut a length of Blackberry Bliss Striped Ribbon, wrapped it around my Gift Card Holder and tied it into a Bow.
That was a fun, fun and fun project!!!
