It's a chilly, windy, cloudy day outside today in Midland, Michigan. We actually got a very light dusting of snow this morning and, would you believe, it is supposed to be 80 degrees tomorrow. Crazy, crazy weather! Our high temp for today is 56F with a low of 45F for tonight. The winds are SE at 10 to 20mph.

As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I was able to pre-order from Stampin' Up!'s new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. There are some amazing, amazing new products!!! 😊😊😊
My share for today is four Alternate Cards in a Watermelon Boat that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s April 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit called So Cool and more. Let's take a look:
It was a busy week last week and I also had my Virtual OnTour Event with Stampin' Up! Let me tell ya', the 'BIN' was full when we were done! Some amazing, amazing examples and techniques. I can't wait to give them a go!
Since Stampin' Up!'s April 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit, So Cool, was designed around Kids, I added some Watermelon and Blue Raspberry Air Heads to my Watermelon Boat. This project took a long time to create; but, it was so worth the effort.
I trimmed the Watermelon Card in the Kit in Half so that I had two Slices of Watermelon. I did the same for the Rainbow Cards and ended up with four small Card Fronts.
I fussy cut out four Bermuda Bay Paint Splotches from Stampin' Up!'s Ice Cream Corner Designers Series Paper and adhered them to the top corners of each of the four 3" x 3" Whisper White Cards with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I then adhered the two Watermelon Slices and the two Rainbows to each Card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I adhered one of the Glimmer Rectangles from the Kit to the inside of the Watermelon Slice.
Using the Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch, I punched out the Scoop of Ice Cream from a piece of the Ice Cream Corner DSP. Turning the Scoop of Ice Cream Up-Side-Down and using the Happy Hippo's Stamp Set, I masked the Face stamp and only stamped the Eye's and Smile in Bermuda Bay Ink. I then stamped the Ear stamp twice; once for each Ear. I masked the Watermelon Drips (Dotted) Stamp from the Kit and stamped the nose also in Bermuda Bay Ink. I adhered the Face with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. I then punched out the Ice Cream Cone from another piece of the DSP and adhered it Up-Side-Down for a Hat. I used my Hand-held Circle Punch (Retired), punched a Circle from the same DSP as the Face and adhered it to the top of the Hat with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
For the inside of my 3" x 3" Card, using the So Cool Stamp Set from the Kit, I stamped 'You Are So Cool' in Bermuda Bay Ink. I then stamped the Watermelon Drips by stamping off once onto another piece of paper and then onto the inside of the Card without re-inking as shown in the picture above. I did this twice.
I adhered three of the Pool Party Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles to the Bermuda Bay Splotch and three of the Terracotta Tile to the Watermelon Slice with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.
I cut a length of the Bumblebee Baker's Twine in the Kit, tied it in a Bow and adhered it to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
For the Envelope, using the So Cool Stamp Set, I stamped the Watermelon Slice stamp in the bottom left corner of the Envelope in Early Espresso Ink. I also stamped the Watermelon Drips next to the Watermelon Slice in Calypso Coral Ink by stamping off once and then onto the Envelope. Using my Stampin' Blends, I colored the Watermelon Slice on the Envelope with my Light Calypso Coral and Light Old Olive. **(Make sure that you put a small piece of Cardboard inside the Envelope so the colors don't bleed through your Envelope.)
I also trimmed out a rectangle from one of the Envelope Liners and adhered it to the Envelopes' Flap with Mono Multi Purpose Glue to use as a Closure for the Envelope.
I did the same for this Card only used the second Half of the Watermelon Slice.
I also did the same for the Envelope.
For the inside of the Watermelon Slice, I adhered one of the Watermelon Slice Stickers from the Kit.
For the inside of the 3" x 3" Card, using the So Cool Stamp Set from the Kit, I stamped 'hey there!' and the Watermelon Drips in full strength Bermuda Bay Ink.
I did the same procedure for the Rainbow Cards. I adhered one Daffodil Delight, one Terracotta Tile and one Pool Party Ice Cream Corner Sprinkle to the Rainbow as shown in the picture above.
For the Envelope, I stamped the Ice Cream Bar stamp onto the bottom left corner of my Envelope in Early Espresso Ink and the Ice Cream Drips in Blackberry Bliss by stamping off once. I colored the Ice Cream Bar with my Light Cinnamon Cider, Calypso Coral, Bermuda Bay and Blackberry Bliss Stampin' Blends. Using my Color Lifter, I made little white Splotches on the Ice Cream Bar to match the Ice Cream Bar's in the Ice Cream Corner DSP.
For the inside of my Rainbow, I adhered one of the Silver Glimmer Zig Zagged Edged Circles with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. Using my Stampin' Up! Blending Brush, I blended Bumblebee Ink to cover one of the White Circle's from the Kit for a Sun. I stamped the Splotches with the Drip stamp with Bumblebee Ink by stamping off once. Using the Happy Hippo's Stamp Set, I masked the Face Stamp and only stamped the Eye's and Smile in Bermuda Bay Ink and adhered it to the Silver Glimmer Circle with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
For the inside of my Card, using the So Cool Stamp Set, I stamped 'Happy Birthday' and the Drips stamp in full strength Bermuda Bay Ink.
Using the So Cool Stamp Set, I masked my Happy Birthday Stamp and only stamped the 'Happy' in Bermuda Bay Ink onto the Rainbow as shown in the picture above.
I did the same for the fourth Card only I adhered one of the Rainbow Stickers from the Kit to the inside of the Rainbow.
Using the So Cool Stamp Set, I cleaned my stamp and re-masked it to only stamp the word 'Birthday' in Bermuda Bay Ink on the inside of my Card. I also stamped the Drips in full strength Bermuda Bay Ink.
Well, I have to leave for the day and I didn't get to explaining the Watermelon Boat. I will try to get to it tomorrow.
