Friendly Flamingo, Friendly Silhouettes - Just Be You Flamingo Card

It's a beautiful, sunny day outside today in Midland, Michigan.  Our high temp for today is 80F with a low tonight of 55F.  We may even break some records for high temps.  The winds are S at 10 to 15mph.

As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I was able to pre-order from Stampin' Up!'s new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.  There are some amazing, amazing new products!!!  😊😊😊  

My share for today is a Just Be You Flamingo Card that I designed using lots of Stampin' Up! products.  Let's take a look:

My Card Base is Pool Party Cardstock.

Using the Friendly Silhouettes Dies, I die cut the long Palm Tree die from Daffodil Delight Cardstock trimmed out to measure 2" x 4-1/4".  I also cut just the Palm Trees from Soft Suede and Granny Apple Green Cardstocks.

I adhered the Daffodil Delight panel to the top of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  I trimmed some of the Palm Tree pieces with my snips and then adhered the pieces into the Negative Palm Tree space in the Daffodil Delight panel.

I die cut out a panel of Sahara Sand Cardstock from the end of the long Palm Tree Die that does not have the Palm Trees on it.  I did this twice; once for the top and once for the bottom.  I adhered the Sahara Sand panel to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  I left the ends longer so that I could match up angles with the Daffodil Delight panel.  I then trimmed off both the edges of the Sahara Sand panel with my snips.

Using the Friendly Flamingo Stamp Set, I masked and stamped the Water Marks in Pool Party Ink where I thought my Flamingo would be placed.

Using the Hey Birthday Chick Stamp Set, I masked and stamped the Sand Marks in Sahara Sand Ink by stamping off once onto scrap paper and then stamping onto the Sahara Sand panel.

I adhered some Whale of A Time Sequins onto the Sahara Sand panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I stamped my Flamingo in Magenta Madness Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock and die cut it out with the Flamingo dies.

I stamped the Foliage in Granny Apple Green Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock twice.  I colored the Flowers with my Daffodil Delight Stampin' Write Marker being very careful not to saturate the area as it will bleed.  I adhered one Foliage with Stampin' Dimensionals to the bottom of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  I trimmed apart the second Foliage die cut and adhered one to each end of the first Foliage. 

I adhered my Flamingo to my Card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Using the Friendly Flamingo Stamp Set, I stamped 'Just Be You' in Sahara Sand Ink onto Daffodil Delight Cardstock and die cut it out with the smallest scalloped circle die in the Layering Circles dies.  I then adhered my Sun 

I adhered my Sun to the upper right corner of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
