Stampin' Up Birthday Bright Project Kit V - That's the Tag, Timeless Tags, Balloon Pop Up, Star Blast, Frozen Treats, Balloon Bouquet, Best Badge

What a quiet weather day outside today after two days of pure yuck!  The thunder storm we had left lots of ice on the roads and in our driveway so a quiet weather day is much appreciated.

My share for today is two tags that I designed using two of the Leftover White Cake Die Cuts from Stampin' Up's Birthday Bright Project Kit.  The Stampin' Up products that I used are That's the Tag Stamp Set, Timeless Tags & Balloon Pop Up Thinlits, Star Blast Edgelits & Frozen Treats Framelits Dies and Balloon Bouquet & Best Badge Punch

Let's take a look:

OMGosh!!!  What fun it was to decorate these Leftover White Cake Die Cuts from Stampin' Up's Birthday Bright Project Kit.  I'm just having a blast with them!!!

My Tag Base is 5-1/2" x just shy of 2" and cut from SU's Shimmery White Cardstock.

I die cut the top of my tags using the Bow Edge Die from SU's new Balloon Pop Up Thinlits Dies.

Using SU's Best Badge Punch, I punched the bottom of my Tag for a Scalloped Edge.  I first centered the Punch on the bottom edge of the tag and punched it and then punched each side.

My Tag Front Panels are So Saffron and Mint Macaron Cardstock cut at 4-1/4" x 1-3/4".  I Scalloped the Bottom Edge and adhered it to my Tag Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's new Balloon Pop Up Thinlits Dies, I die cut 2 of each Balloon: 2 from Rose Red, 1 from So Saffron and 1 from Mint Macaron Cardstock.

Using SU's Balloon Bouquet Punch, I punched 4 of the Large Balloons from Shimmery White Cardstock.

I adhered the Balloons together and to my Tags with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the pictures above.

I lightly sponged the edges of the Whisper White Cake Die Cuts with Rose Red Ink and I sponged in the entire Cake Pedestal and Candles.

Using SU's That's the Tag Stamp Set, I stamped the Dotted Sentiment Insert Stamp with Rose Red Ink and my Sentiment in Basic Black Archival Ink onto the center of the Cakes.

Using SU's new Star Blast Edgelits Dies, I die cut the Second Largest Stars from So Saffron Cardstock and adhered one to each side of the Sentiment with small pieces of Stampin' Dimensionals.

I then adhered Rose Red Star Enamel Shapes from the Regals Collection on top of each Star.

Using SU's new Frozen Treats Framelits Dies, I die cut the Sprinkles (Lots of Sprinkles)  =) from So Saffron, Rose Red and Mint Macaron Cardstocks and adhered them around the Cake mostly in groups of 3 and a random 1 or 2 around the edges of the Cake.

For this Cake, I used the Negative Die Cuts from die cutting the Balloons and adhered them randomly around the Cake.

Using my Small Candle Punch (Retired-Optional), I punched 3 of the Flames from So Saffron Cardstock and adhered them to the Candles on the Cakes with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  I then brushed on some Wink of Stella to give the Flames a nice glittery shine.

I then adhered my Cakes to my Tags with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I die cut the Bow Die with the Balloon Pop Up Thinlits Dies from So Saffron and Mint Macaron Cardstocks. I tied the Bows on to the top of my Tags through both Bows' loops with SU's Thick Whisper White Baker's Twine for the hangers.  I wanted the Bows to hang freely and swing from side to side so I did not use any adhesive.

It was really fun to decorate the Leftover Cake Die Cuts.  I'm pouting now as I used them all up and don't have any more to decorate!  =(  Hmmmmm...maybe I'll have to purchase another kit!  =)
