The early release of the Ornate Garden Suite that will be in Stampin' Up!'s 2020-21 Annual Catalog is now available for Customers to order.
My share for today is an Alternate Card that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s March 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit called No Matter the Weather and some other Stampin' Up! products. Let's take a look:
My Card Base is Balmy Blue Cardstock.
For the Grass, I used one of my Negative Old Olive Wiggly Bugs Grass Die cut and adhered it to the bottom of my Card leaving the top free of adhesive so I could tuck in the Lamb, Flowers and Tufts of Grass. I cut out six Tufts of Grass from the Wiggly Bugs Grass Die cut and adhered them behind the Negative die cut Grass.
Using the No Matter the Weather Stamp Set, I stamped the 2 Clouds in Balmy Blue Ink by stamping off once onto another piece of Cardstock and then onto Whisper White Cardstock without re-inking the stamp. I fussy cut out the Clouds and adhered them to my Card as shown in the picture above.
I stamped the Flowers in Daffodil Delight onto Whisper White Cardstock and fussy cut them out.
I stamped my Sentiment in Basic Gray Ink onto one of the Circle Labels in the Kit.
Using the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set, I stamped the Flower Stems in Old Olive Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock and fussy cut them out.
Using the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set, I stamped my Butterfly in Flirty Flamingo Ink onto
Whisper White Cardstock and punched it out with the Butterfly Duet Punch.
Using the Welcome Easter Stamp Set, I stamped my Lamb, Bunny and 3 Bee's in Black Memento Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock.
I stamped my Chick in Black Memento Ink onto Daffodil Delight Cardstock.
Using my Stampin' Blends, I colored my Bunny in Light and Dark Soft Suede and Flirty Flamingo and fussy cut him out.
I colored my Chick in Light and Dark Pumpkin Pie and fussy cut him out.
I colored my Lamb a little differently. I used my Light Soft Suede Stampin' Blend and drew lines starting from the outside and working my way inward to match the curvy lines of the Black Memento Ink image. It's kind of like doodling and very easy to do. I then went over the squiggly lines with my Stampin' Blend Color Lifter to remove some of the ink. I'm thrilled how it turned out and it actually looks like wool on the Lamb. 😊😊😊
I also used my Light and Dark Balmy Blue and Light Basic Black and Flirty Flamingo on the Lamb's Collar with Bow, Hooves and Ears and Nose respectively.
I then fussy cut out my Lamb.
I colored my Bee's with my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend and fussy cut them out.
I adhered everything except the Bee's to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.
I adhered my 3 Bee's to my Card with tiny pieces of Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using Stampin' Up!'s Shimmery Crystal Effects, I gave the Bunny and Lamb a shiny Nose, the Chick a shiny Beak and the Bee's shiny Wings.
I adhered 3 Dewdrops from the Kit to the Center of each Flower and one to the Center of the Lamb's Bow.
What a fun, fun Card to design!!!
Have a Blessed Day!!!

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!
I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due. My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
