My share for today is a 3D Easter Egg Project that Stampin' Up! shared with us and is pictured on page 44 of the Mini Occasions Catalog. Many thanks to Stampin' Up! for designing and sharing the 3D Easter Egg Project with us! Let's take a look:
Isn't this just the cutest Easter Egg project EVER!!! Kudo's to Stampin' Up! for designing the project and sharing it with all of us!
I used Stampin' Up!'s Dino Days Stamp Set to stamp 2 of the detailed Half Egg Images and 2 of the Solid Half Egg Images in Flirty Flamingo Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.
Using the coordinating Dino Dies, I die cut out the 4 Half Eggs.
I trimmed out a strip of Whisper White Cardstock cut at 2" x 9-1/2" on my Stampin' Trimmer.
I scored both LONG sides at 1/4" each.
I then cut little V's out on each long 1/4" side up to the score line and used my bone folder to give it a generous curve.
I adhered half of the V's on the long strip to the inside of one of the Detail Stamped Half Eggs with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. I then adhered the 2nd Detailed Stamped Half Egg. (You may have to trim the strip a little to fit.)
I then adhered the back Solid Stamped Half Eggs on the opposite side.
Using Stampin' Up!'s Full of Happiness Stamp Set, I stamped the Chick in So Saffron, the Eye's in Early Espresso and the Beak and Feet in Pumpkin Pie Ink.
Using Stampin' Up!'s Fable Friends Stamp Set, I stamped Easter Greetings in Early Espresso Ink onto Flirty Flamingo Cardstock and punched it out with the Label Me Fancy Punch.
I assembled my Egg by tucking in some Crinkle Paper on each side.
I also added my three Chocolate/Peanut Butter Eggs to each side.
I tucked the Label in the left Side and the Chick in the right side.
I cut a long length of 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, tied it into a Triple Bow and adhered it between the 2 Half Eggs with a Stampin' Dimensional.
I hope I will have enough Chocolate/Peanut Butter Eggs left over for tomorrow's project.
😊😊😊😊😊😊
Have a Blessed Day!!!

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!
I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due. My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
