Staying with my Halloween series theme, my share today is Halloween Party Invitations/Tags that I designed using lots of Stampin' Up products from the 2016-2017 Annual Catalog and the upcoming (Sept. 1st) 2016-2017 Holiday Catalog.
Let's take a look:
Using a piece SU's Pumpkin Pie Cardstock folded in half, I partially die cut the largest jar die
from SU's Everyday Jars Framelits Dies so that the top of the jar stayed
connected (as shown in the picture above) to make the jar tag.
I stamped Pumpkin Faces on the jars using SU's Jar of Haunts Stamp Set and Black Memento Ink.
I then die cut the jar caps and handles from SU's Soft Suede Cardstock and adhered them to the top of the jar using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.
Using SU's Jar of Love Stamp Set, I stamped the bow in Old Olive Ink onto Old Olive Cardstock, die cut it out and adhered it to the jars using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.
Using SU's new Spooky Fun Stamp Set, I stamped the Pumpkins, Ghost and the Headstones in Black Memento Ink onto Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White and Basic Gray Cardstocks.
I die cut the Pumpkins and the Headstones using SU's new Halloween Scenes Edgelits dies and adhered them to my jars using Stampin' Dimensionals for the Pumpkins and Mono Multi-Purpose Glue for the Headstones.
I fussy cut out the ghosts and adhered them to the jars using small pieces of Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using SU's new Sweet Home Stamp Set, I stamped the larger Ghost onto Whisper White Cardstock with Black Memento Ink and adhered him to the jar using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.
For the Invitation, using SU's Party with Cake Stamp Set, I masked off the word 'party!' ad stamped the word 'Let's' with Black Memento Ink. I then cleaned my stamp very well, masked off the word 'Let's' and stamped the word 'party!'.
Using SU's Mr. Funny Bones Stamp Set, I stamped the small spider twice.
Using SU's Project Life Date It Stamp Set, I stamped the Date and Time.
Using SU's Spooky Fun Stamp Set, I stamped Happy Halloween and the Spider hanging from its web.
Using SU's Balloon Bouquet Punch, I punched the small balloon from SU's new Halloween Night Designer Series Paper and adhered it to the top of the Spiders Web using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.
Hope
you enjoyed today's blog post project! I'll be posting more sneak peek's the rest of this week!
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
I
recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects,
duplicating them and entering them into challenges and using them for their own card classes. My cards and
projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or
sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my
creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions
cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
