Stampin' Up February 2016 Monthly Paper Pumpkin Kit - Hello Sunshine - Alternate Card II

I guess we are having April Showers in March.  Our forecast is for showers off and on for most of our 7 day forecast.  I wonder if my flowers will come up early, well..., what flowers I have left anyways.  All the lovely Whitetail Deer have eaten most of the green sticking out of the ground.  They sure do eat a lot!

Today, I'll be sharing the second alternate card, a clean and simple card, that I designed using Stampin' Up's Paper Pumpkin kit called Hello Sunshine.

Let's take a look:

My card base is Stampin' Up's Tangerine Tango Cardstock with a card front panel of Whisper White.

My sentiment is from SU's Hello Sunshine Paper Pumpkin Kit which I stamped in SU Blackberry Bliss Ink on the bottom right corner of my card front panel.

The center pieces are SU Tangerine Tango Cardstock 1-1/2" x 5-1/4"  and SU Old Olive Cardstock 1-1/4" x 5-1/4".  I adhered the Tangerine Tango piece centered on my card front panel using SU's Stampin' Dimensionals.

I stamped my Old Olive piece using the leaf stem stamp from SU's Endless Thanks Stamp Set and Old Olive Ink by stamping off once on scrap paper and then onto the cardstock.  I adhered the Old Olive piece to the Tangerine Tango piece on my card using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

Using Stampin' Up's Blossom Bunch Punch (coordinates with SU's Grateful Bunch Stamp Set), I punched multiple flowers from SU's Blackberry Bliss and Soft Sky Cardstocks.

Now, I am part color blind and I can tell in the picture that the center of the center flower is Pool Party cardstock; but, I can't tell by looking at the card.  Isn't that nuts!!!  So, Oopsy!!!  Kind of an unintentional, neat effect.

I rolled and curled my flower petals using my Petal Roller Tool making sure some petals were up and some were down.  I adhered all layers together as shown in the picture above using Mono Mult-Purpose Glue.  Then, I adhered the flowers to the Old Olive piece using SU's Stampin' Dimensionals.

I added some of SU's Iced Rhinestone Jewels to my flower centers.

Now, I had a smudge of Blackberry Bliss Ink underneath and to the right of the flower on the left.  Another Oopsy!!!  So, I took 2 small and one large Iced Rhinestone and adhered them over the top of the smudge.  Where there is a will; there is a way!

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  Please be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
