My share for today is a Friend Card that I designed using products from Stampin' Up!'s Mini Occasions Catalog and the NEW May 2022-April 2023 Annual Catalog and more. Let's take a look:
I absolutely LOVE being able to die cut out images from Stampin' Up!'s Designer Series Papers. So...if you purchase the NEW Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper with the coordinating Blossoming Happiness Dies, then you will get to die cut out Four different Flowers and Two different Leaf Sprigs from the DSP. There are two more Flower images that are stamped and then die cut out PLUS two Border Dies and one Large Flower Criss-Cross Die.
And...check out the coordinating Stampin' Up! colors: Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Fresh Freesia, Gorgeous Grap, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, Mossy Meadow, Night of Navy, Pool Party and White.
I have a friend who LOVES Gorgeous Grape, so I'll be sending this Card to her.
My Card Base is Gorgeous Grape Cardstock.
My First Card Front Panel is Basic White.
My Second Card Front Panel is the Gorgeous Grape/Gingham pattern in Stampin' Up!'s 6" x 6" Brights Collection Designer Series Paper.
Using the NEW Blossoming Happiness Dies, I die cut my two Long Edges using one of the Border Dies.
I adhered both Card Front Panels to my Card as shown in the picture above.
Using the Blossoming Happiness Dies, I die cut out three Large Gorgeous Grape Flowers, two of the Fresh Freesia Flowers and four Leaf Sprigs from the NEW Hues of Happiness DSP.
Using the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set, I stamped the word 'friend' in Gorgeous Grape Ink onto a piece of Basic White Cardstock, trimmed it out on my Stampin' Trimmer and flagged the end with my Stampin' Snips.
I adhered everything to my Card as shown in the picture above.
Using the Honeybee Home Stamp Set, I stamped the Bee in Memento Black Ink onto a scrap piece of Basic White Cardstock and die cut it out with the coordinating Honeybee Blooms Dies.
Using my Stampin' Write Markers, I colored in the Honeybee with Crushed Curry, Basic Black and Basic Gray.
I adhered the Honeybee to my Card as shown in the picture above.
I randomly adhered three of the NEW Gorgeous Grape Glossy Dots to my Banner. The NEW Glossy Dots also come in the following Stampin' Up! colors: Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party.
I also randomly adhered Six Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to my Card as shown in the picture above.
