· New demonstrators who submit their Independent Demonstrator Agreement (IDA) before 3 May or after 31 May will not be eligible for this promotion.
· Refer to the Demonstrator Policies document for more information on new team member policies.

· New team members may only pay for their kit using a credit card on which they are listed as an authorized user.
· Team leaders should verify that new team members are using their own Social Security Number (US) or Social Insurance Number (CA).
· Failure to adhere to these rules will likely delay or invalidate your new team members’ sign-up process.
