Sale-A-Bration is one of Stampin' Up!'s biggest promotions of the year. It’s packed with perks for demonstrators, overflowing with opportunities for customers and filled with fun for everyone!
Personal Note: I had my phone visit with UofM this morning and I have good news after I had another MRA. The stent coiling of the basilar artery aneurysm shows no evidence of residual or recurrent filling of the aneurysm. Yay!!! That means that the stent and coils are doing their job and not allowing the blood to flow into the aneurysm. That was sure exciting news to hear!!! I will have to stay on the four baby aspirin a day for life and have one more angiogram at UofM a year from now which is two years out from the initial surgery. What a long haul this has been for me; but, what a relief to hear the good news!!! The scariest thing was the high risk of the location of the aneurysm and the high risk surgery and if they didn't do the surgery, the aneurysm could burst. So, darned if you do and darned if you don't. I'm just so thankful. Anyways, I thought I'd share my good news with all of you!!!
My share for today is a Merry Everything Card that I designed using lots of new products from Stampin' Up!'s 2021 Mini Holiday Catalog, the August 3 - Sept 30, 2021 Sale-A-Bration Brochure and More. Let's take a look:
Well, you had to know a Cat Card was coming to my blog!!! My Cat, Natasha, snubbed me the whole day when I made a Dog Card and put the Dog Card on my blog. I'm serious!!! Now today, she laid right next to me, like she normally does, the whole time when I made this Cat Card. Finicky Critter anyhow!!!
Anyways, my Card Base is Mossy Meadow Cardstock.
Using the Stitched with Whimsy dies, I die cut a panel of Whisper White Cardstock with the largest die.
I then fussy cut out around the Stitching on the Whisper White Panel.
Using the Merry Snowflakes and Peaceful Deer Stamp Sets, I stamped the Large Snowflake and the Multiple Small Snowflakes in Balmy Blue Ink onto the Stitched Whisper White Panel and adhered it to my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using the Christmas Tree dies, I die cut out the Large Tree from the Mossy Meadow/White Dot pattern in the Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper.
I die cut out the Strand of Trimming from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock.
I adhered the Strand of Trimming to the Tree and the Tree to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
Using the Starlit Punch, I punched out all the Stars from Bumble Bee Cardstock. I adhered the Medium Star to the top of my Tree with a Mini Stampin' Dimensional. (There are six Stars in the new Starlit Punch and I used four more Stars on the inside of my Card which I will share further down in my blog post.)
I fussy cut out one Black Cat and the Cat in the Box from the Sweet Stockings DSP.
I adhered the Black Cat with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and the Cat in the Box with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. (Natasha is now o.k. with my Card as I did not snip off the Cat's Tail.) 😊😊😊 Too funny! And, what a goofy Cat.
Using the Merry Snowflakes Stamp Set, I stamped 'Merry Everything' in Cherry Cobbler Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.
Using the Harvest dies, I die cut out my 'Merry Everything' with the Long Banner die. I put the 'Merry Everything' die cut back into the die and cut one end off to make it shorter and adhered it to my Card with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
For the inside of my Card:
Using the Merry Snowflakes Stamp Set, I stamped my Saying onto Whisper White Cardstock, trimmed it out on my Stampin' Trimmer and adhered the Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue to the inside of my Card.
I adhered four more of the Stars to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above. (The only Star that I did not use from the Starlit Punch is the tiniest Star.)
I adhered seven of the Balmy Blue Adhesive Backed Gems to the front of my Card as shown in the picture above.
