My Mother-In-Law is still having some issues and we are hoping and praying that the Dr.'s can figure out what else is going on. She had an awful, awful cold when she had her heart attack so, I suppose, that may be hindering the healing process. Thanks again for everyone's thoughts and prayers!
My share for today is a Portfolio that my Dear Friend and Fellow Stampin' Up Demonstrator, Kadie, shared with me about a month ago. Thank you so much Kadie. I had so much fun creating these Portfolio's with you!!! The bottom of the Portfolio is made the same way that an explosion purse is made, only with a flap added to the top. Let's take a look:
And, I'm sorry, I don't have the link for you for the Portfolio. For the life of me, I can't remember where the link is to this Portfolio or who even designed it. I've had so much going on in my life over the past 3 weeks that I just can't remember. There are a lot of video's out on the internet that you could do a search for the video. Again, my sincere apologies!
Here is what the inside of the Portfolio looks like. It's just like an Explosion Purse or Box only with a flap added to the top.
Pictured above is a second Portfolio that I made and haven't embellished yet.
The picture above shows the 4 Cards that I shared with you this week and 4 Envelopes inserted into the Portfolio.
Here's a ReCap of my Cards:
Pictured above is the first Card that I shared with you and its Envelope that I stamped using the Rose Stamp from SU's Heart Happiness Stamp Set.
I colored the Rose Stamp with my Stampin' Write Markers in Powder Pink and Old Olive, huffed on the stamp with my breath and stamped it onto my Envelope.
Pictured above is the inside of my First Card.
Pictured above is the second Card that I shared with you and its Envelope that I stamped using the Rose Stamp from SU's Heart Happiness Stamp Set. I used Melon Mambo and Old Olive Stampin' Write Markers for this one.
And, the inside of my Card.
Pictured above is the third Card and its Envelope. I stamped the Envelope with a Heart Stamp from SU's Sure Do Love You Stamp Set in Melon Mambo Ink.
And, the inside of my third Card.
Pictured above is the Fourth Card that I shared with you. I stamped its Envelope in Calypso Coral Ink.
And, the inside of the Card.
The Designer of this Portfolio used a Button and Thread closure for her Portfolio; but, I am just a glutten for Belly Bands. So, I created a Belly Band for mine.
I trimmed out a strip of Rich Razzleberry Cardstock to measure 1" x 12" and a 3/4"x 12" strip from SU's Painted with Love Specialty Designers Series Paper with the Tiny Hearts pattern. I adhered the 2 strips together with Mono Multi Purpose Glue, wrapped them around the closed Portfolio with the Cards and Envelopes inserted, pinched and folded the sides and adhered it together in the back with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
Using SU's Lots to Love Box Framelits Dies, I die cut out 2 Large Hearts; one from Powder Pink and one from Rich Razzleberry Cardstocks. I adhered them to my Belly Band with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using SU's Painted Harvest Stamp Set, I stamped 3 Leaf Stems using the Leaf Stem Outline Image onto Old Olive Cardstock. Using SU's Leaf Punch, I punched them out and 2 more with SU's Gold Foil. I adhered 2 of the stamped Leaf Stems and one Gold Leaf Stem with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.
Using SU's Sure Do Love You Stamp Set, I stamped 3 Leaf Stems in Old Olive Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock and die cut them out with the Coordinating Lots to Love Box Leaf Stem Die. I adhered 2 of them with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.
Using SU's Heart Happiness Stamp Set, I colored the Rose Stamp with my Stampin' Write Markers in Melon Mambo and Old Olive, huffed on the stamp with my breath, stamped it onto Whisper White Cardstock, fussy cut it out and adhered it with a Stampin' Dimensional as shown in the picture above.
Using SU's Sweet & Sassy Heart Framelits Dies, I die cut out 2 Hearts from Whisper White Cardstock and adhered one Heart with Mono Multi Purpose Glue over the 2 Large Hearts.
Using SU's Sure Do Love You Stamp Set, I stamped the I'm Yours Heart Stamp and the Always Stamp in Melon Mambo Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock, die cut them out with the Coordinating Lots of Love Box Heart dies and adhered the I'm Yours Heart to the White Heart with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I cut a length of SU's Powder Pink Love Mini Tinsel Trim, tied it into a Bow and adhered it with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.
I randomly added 5 of SU's Basic Jewel Pearls.
Using Sure Do Love You Stamp Set, I stamped the Banner in Powder Pink Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock, die cut it out with the Lots of Love Box Banner die and adhered it to the bottom portion of the Portfolio with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I adhered the last Old Olive Leaf Stems and the Gold Leaf Stem with Mono Multi Purpose Glue under the left side of my Banner as shown in the picture above.
I adhered 2 of the Large Pearls onto each end of the Banner.
I cut a length of Powder Pink Love Mini Tinsel Trim, rolled it up into a ball while adding little dabs of Mono Multi Purpose Glue to hold it together. I adhered it to the Leaf Stems with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. These Tinsel balls are so pretty; but, I do have to admit, they are not so easy to make as you get glue all over everything. Good thing the glue dries clear.
😊😊😊
The last thing I did was to embellish the inside of the Portfolio. I trimmed out a panel of the Large Heart pattern from SU's Painted with Love Specialty DSP to measure 1" x 4-1/4" and adhered it with Mono Multi Purpose Glue to the inside of the Portfolio.
Using SU's Bloomin' Love Stamp Set, I masked off the You from the Love You Stamp, stamped the LOVE only in Rich Razzleberry Ink onto the top of the second White Heart and adhered it to the Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I adhered the Always Heart to the bottom of the White Heart with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I love how this Portfolio turned out. Stinkin' CUTE!!! Thank you Kadie and thanks so much for taking the time to create with me!!!
Stay warm my Friends where ever you are and thanks for stopping by my blog!
Blessings!

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!
I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due. My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
