Heartfelt Love Notes January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit, Hedgehugs, Lovely Wishes - Valentine Card

Temperatures have still been running below normal with our high today in the lower 20's.  We got about 5" of snow over the weekend and we are expecting another 1-2" in the wee hours of the morning.

Sorry I didn't post yesterday...I've had computer issues for the last 4 days.  Inserting really SAD faces here 😞😞😞 ).

My share for today is Stampin' Up's January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Heartfelt Love Notes.  I made another Valentine's Card.  Let's take a look:

I used SU's new Narrow Note Cards and Envelopes for my Cards.

I trimmed out a piece of SU's Heartfelt Love Notes Copper Foil Heart Cards to measure 2-1/4" x 4-1/8" and adhered it to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  ( This piece has a natural score line for the fold of the Card; but, no worries, the Tree will hide it ).

Using SU's We Must Celebrate Stamp Set, I stamped two of the Leaf Stems onto Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock in Lemon Lime Twist Ink, fussy cut them out and adhered them as shown in the picture above with Mono Multi Purpose Glue in the Center of the Stems only.  
(I left the tops of Leaf Stems free of Adhesive so I could tuck my Hedge Hogs behind them).

Using SU's Hedgehugs Stamp Set, I stamped my Hedge Hogs in Soft Suede Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock and colored them with my Stampin' Blends Markers in Light and Dark Crumb Cake and Pink Pirouette, fussy cut them out and adhered them to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

I trimmed off the Flower from the Hedge Hog on the right and adhered a Powder Pink Cardstock Heart die cut from SU's Everyday Jars Framelits Dies.  I also adhered a Real Red Cardstock Heart die cut to the Hedge Hog on the right.

Using SU's Tree Punch, I punched the bottom of the Tree from SU's Soft Suede Cardstock and the Tree Top from Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock.

Using SU's Lovely Wishes Stamp Set, I masked and stamped the YOU ARE from the YOU ARE ONE OF A KIND stamp onto the Tree Top in Rich Razzleberry Ink.

I adhered the Bottom of the Tree over the score line with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  I then adhered the stamped Tree Top to the Tree Bottom with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I then randomly adhered more of the die cut Hearts from SU's Everyday Jars Framelits Dies with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.

For the inside of my Card:
Using SU's Heart Happiness Stamp Set, I stamped the Multi Heart stamp in Rich Razzleberry Ink 3 times onto the bottom of the inside of my Card as shown in the picture above.

Using SU's Sweet & Sassy Heart Framelits Dies, I die cut a Heart from Powder Pink Cardstock.

Using SU's Lovely Wishes Stamp Set, I masked and stamped MY HEART from the YOU WARM MY HEART stamp in Rich Razzleberry Ink onto the Heart.  I then masked and stamped the Leaf Stem Outline stamp 3 times in the Heart in Powder Pink Ink as shown in the picture above. 

I adhered the Heart with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using SU's Flirty Flamingo Baker's Twine, I tied a tiny Bow and adhered it to the Hedge Hog on the Left with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
