My share for today is a Birthday Card that I made using a lot, and I mean a lot, of Stampin' Up's new product from the 2018 Occasions Catalog. Let's take a look:
I received my Pre-Order from Stampin' Up's 2018 Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Brochure yesterday. So, I just had to make a Birthday Card. What fun and such vibrant colors!!!
My Card is Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock cut at 4-1/4" x 11" and scored and folded at 5-1/2" for a top folding Card.
My Card Front Panel is Bermuda Bay Cardstock cut at 3-3/4" x 5". I used SU's new Simple Stripes Embossing Folder and ran the panel through my BIG Shot on an angle to get diagonal stripes.
I'm in LOVE with SU's new Bubbles & Frizz Designer Series Paper. It's a free
Sale-A-Bration item you can get with a qualifying order.
I used SU's new coordinating Bottles & Bubbles Framelits Dies to die cut the Bottles out of the DSP. I love it when SU provides DSP that can be die cut. I adhered the left and right Bottle with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and the center Bottle with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The picture above shows SU's new Gold Glitter Flakes coming out of the Bottles. I can foresee some Shaker Cards. 😊😊😊
Using SU's new Bubble Over Stamp Set, I stamped the cute Sentiment onto Whisper White Cardstock with Bermuda Bay Ink. I trimmed it out to measure 7/8" x 2-3/4".
I trimmed out a scrap piece of Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock to measure 1" x 3-5/8". Using SU's Everyday Label Punch, I flipped the punch up-side-down and inserted the end of the Cardstock into the punch and punched off the end. I did this on both ends of the Cardstock. I adhered my Sentiment to my Label and to my Card Base with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
And, how about those new Tutti-Fruitti Adhesive Backed Sequins. LOVE!!!
Using SU's new Bubble Over Stamp Set, I inked up the Hexagon Stamp with Lemon Lime Twist Ink, stamped it off onto another piece of Cardstock and then stamped it onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock. I then stamped my Sentiment over the top of the Hexagon with Bermuda Bay Ink.
I punched out my Sentiment using SU's new Tailored Tag Punch and adhered it to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
Using SU's Bottles & Bubbles Framelits Dies, I die cut out the Bottle Caps from another piece of Bubbles & Frizz DSP. I adhered the two Bottle Caps with Mono Multi Purpose Glue as shown in the picture above.
I also adhered 3 more Gold Glitter Flakes to my Tailored Tag.
The colors just brighten my day and make me smile!!!
Stamparatus
The Stamparatus is a new product from Stampin' Up! I was one of the unfortunate ones to miss the first reservation window. I love this new product and my FAVE feature of the Stamparatus is the double doors!
Change in Stamparatus Reservation Windows
The results are in! The first Stamparatus reservation
window reached its maximum number of reservations in just 15 minutes,
which provided us with some very important information: You LOVE this
new stamping tool! We couldn’t be more thrilled; in fact, your response
was so amazing that we’ve decided to make some important adjustments to
the reservation process.
As was previously announced, the second reservation window will remain open from December 5–30; however, during this reservation period we will take as many orders as we receive (yay!) and not close the window until December 30. So whether the total number of reservations is 100 or 100,000, the window will stay open!
Please note the following changes:

So whether the total number of reservations is 100 or 100,000, the window will stay open!
Please note the following changes:
- Beginning March 19, we will ship Stamparatuses in the order the reservations were received (first in, first out) and continue through the next few months and beyond as product arrives in our warehouse. Because shipment dates are based on manufacturing lead times, not all of the reservations made during the December 5–30 window will ship on March 19 (as was previously announced).
- In order to accommodate demand, limits have changed as follows: one reservation per customer and one per demonstrator.
- Because we are not limiting the maximum number of reservations for the second window, we will not offer a third window. This is the last chance for you and your customers to reserve a Stamparatus before it becomes available in the 2018-2019 annual catalog.
- If you reserved more than one stamping tool during the first reservation period, that number will not change; you will still receive the same number you reserved.
- If you reserved one or more stamping tool(s) during the first reservation period, you may still order during the second window.
- The reservation window will open at 2:00 PM (MT) on December 5.

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!
I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due. My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
