Stampin' Up Endless Birthday Wishes Card Class III

It's been cloudy and rainy all day today!  Pretty dreary looking out; but, our grass is sure looking greener!  My Day Lillie's are about 10" tall already.  They're my FAVE flower and can't wait to see all those gorgeous blooms.

Today, I'll be sharing the third card from Stampin' Up's Endless Birthday Wishes Stamp Set card class that Stampin' Up so generously provided us Demonstrators to teach some classes.  Love this stamp set and the cards with all the bright and cheery cardstock colors and inks!  It's also a great class to use up a lot of cardstock scraps!

Let's get started with my third card:

My card base is Stampin' Up Whisper White Cardstock cut at 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" scored and folded at 4-1/4".

Using the dots stamp in the Endless Birthday Wishes Stamp Set, I stamped some dots on my card base near the top center using SU Pacific Point Ink.

I trimmed out a piece of SU Old Olive Designer Series Paper at 4-5/8" x 2" and punched one end using SU's Triple Banner Punch.  I adhered it to my card base on an angle using Mono Multi-Purpose Glue.

I trimmed out a piece of SU Pacific Point Cardsock at 5" x 1/2", flagged one end with my snips and adhered it to the Old Olive piece towards the bottom.

I trimmed out a piece of SU Tangerine Tango at 4-3/4" x 1/4" and adhered it centered over the top of the Pacific Point piece.

I stamped the happy and the birthday stamps just below the Old Olive piece in the right corner.

I punched out a scalloped circle from Tangerine Tango Cardstock using SU's 2-3/8" Scalloped Circle Punch.  This is just something I added to the card myself and is not including in SU's class instructions.

I went around each scallop with my Signo White Gel Pen and added a small dot.

I added Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of the scallop and added some loops using SU's Silver Metallic Thread.  I then adhered it to my card.

I stamped the birthday cake on a piece of Whisper White Cardstock and water colored it with my Aqua Painter Brush using Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight and Pacific Point Inks.

I punched the cake out using SU's 2" Circle Punch and adhered it to the scalloped circle with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Using SU's Star Border Punch, I punched a star from Old Olive and from Pacific Point Cardstocks and added Crystal Effects to give them a shine.  I adhered one to the cake and one in the stamped dots.

I added 3 SU Basic Jewel Rhinestones randomly to the card.

This is such a fun set of birthday cards and I just LOVE all the bright and cheery color!!!

That's all I have for today!

Please come back tomorrow to see the fourth card in the Endless Birthday Wishes card class.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  Please be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
