Stampin' Up Build a Birthday Celebrate Today Cherry on Top Card Box III

Today is similar to yesterday only a little warmer with some sprinkles here and there.  After today, we are supposed to have 4 days of sunshine with high 60 degree's and even 71 on Sunday.  I sure hope so.  Although, as the saying goes in Michigan; wait a day and it will change.

For today, I'll be sharing a Gift Card Box for the cards I made in my last two blog posts.  My Good Friend and Fellow Stampin' Up Demonstrator, Kadie, found this Gift Card Box that's made on the SU Gift Box Punch Board.  See the link below for a video on how to make this Gift Card Box.

My Birthday Cards and Gift Box Set uses Stampin' Up's Build a Birthday and Celebrate Today Stamp Sets, Balloon Framelits, Bow Builder Punch, Dots and Stripes Decorative Masks and Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack.

Let's get to it:

Isn't this just a bright and cheery Birthday Gift Card Box.

I followed the directions exactly as in the video and I'm so happy with the way it turned out.  I am going to comment though, that this project is not for the beginner paper crafter.

I stamped my candles using Stampin' Up's Build a Birthday Stamp Set in Garden Green, Pool Party, Bermuda Bay and Watermelon Wonder Inks.

The candle flames are stamped with SU Crushed Curry Ink.

I put 2 of each Birthday card with envelopes in the box and it could actually fit more very comfortably.

Here are the cards from my last 2 blog posts that are in the Gift Card Box.

I also lined my envelopes using different bright and cheery paper patterns from SU's Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack.

Bold, bright and cheery color!!!  Just what I LOVE!

Here's a picture of the inside of the cards.

The lid for the box is SU's Watermelon Wonder Cardstock.

I used SU's Dots Decorative Mask and Watermelon Wonder Ink with a sponge to make my circles.

I wrapped SU's Bermuda Bay Bakers Twine around the box four times and tied it off in a knot.

Using SU's Bow Builder Punch, I made a bow with SU's Cherry on Top DSP Stack and adhered it to the Bakers Twine and the Box Lid with SU's Glue Dots.

I trimmed out a banner with SU's Crushed Curry Cardstock and flagged the ends using SU's Triple Banner Punch.

I stamped the sentiment in Black Memento Ink using SU's Build a Birthday Stamp Set.

The banner is adhered to the Gift Card Box with SU's Stampin' Dimensionals.

I'm so excited for the way this project turned out and I had such a good time creating this project with Kadie over the internet.  Thanks Kadie for taking the time to share with me!!!

That's all I have for today.  Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  Please be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!

If you are interested in purchasing Stampin' Up products, you can order from me on-line at www.stampinup.com and please choose me, Lynn Gauthier, as your Demonstrator.
