My share for today is another Mystery Stamping Sending Hugs Card with my Stampin' Up! Demographic Manager, Shannon West! Shannon invited us to join her live to re-make the Sending Hugs Card with her. Shannon calls it the Mystery Stamping Card so there was a lot of anticipation as to what the Card was going to be. We used products from Stampin' Up!'s 2022 Mini Holiday Catalog and/or the Stampin' Up!'s May 2022-April 2023 Annual Catalog and more. Let's take a look:
Here's a list of the Supplies that we used...
Basic White Card Base
Soft Pastels Assortment (I used Bermuda Bay, Night of Navy & Gorgeous Grape)
Sponge or Sponge Daubers (I used Sponge Daubers)
Splendid Thoughts Stamp Set
Splendid Stems Dies
Stylish Shapes Dies (Small Dashed Circle for the Greeting)
Basic White Cardstock 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" and (some scraps for die cutting)
Basic Black Cardstock 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" and 2" x 2"
VersaMark Ink
White Embossing Powder
Using the 'Four Leaf Stamp' in the Splendid Thoughts Stamp Set, we stamped it many times onto the Basic White Panel.
Using the Soft Pastels, I colored some onto my Grid Paper so there were three different color 'dust like little piles'. We picked up some of the Bermuda Bay 'dust pile' with our Sponge Dauber and blended the top third of the VersaMark Inked Basic White Panel.
We grabbed another Sponge Dauber and blended the Night of Navy 'dust pile' onto the next third of the Panel.
We grabbed another Sponge Dauber and blended the Gorgeous Grape 'dust pile' onto the bottom third of the Panel.
We adhered the Blended Basic White Panel to the 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" Basic Black Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and to our Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using the Splendid Stems Dies, we die cut out the three dies (pictured above) from Basic White Cardstock and adhered them to our Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
Using the Stylish Shapes Dies, we die cut out the Small Dashed Circle from the 2" x 2" Basic Black Panel.
Using the Splendid Thoughts Stamp Set, we stamped our Greeting in VersaMark Ink onto the Small Black Circle, sprinkled some White Embossing Powder onto it and heat set it with our Stampin' Up! Heat Tools.
We adhered the Circle to the Card with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
We adhered three Black Class Matte Dots to the Card as shown in the picture above.
