We finally got some much needed rain last night just after the fireworks ended. So, it is cloudy outside this morning in Midland, Michigan and the humidity is supposed to increase more today. Our high temp for today is 86F with a low of 67F. The winds are WNW at 10 to 15mph.

July Paper Pumpkin Kit

My share for today is a 'Warm Wishes SEAL' Card that I designed using products from Stampin' Up!'s 2022 Mini Occasions Catalog, the NEW 2022 Mini Holiday Catalog and/or the NEW Stampin' Up! May 2022-April 2023 Annual Catalog and more. Let's take a look:
My Card Base is Fresh Freesia Cardstock.
My Card Front Panel is the back of one of the NEW Stars Treat Bags. I trimmed apart one of the Stars Treat Bags. I used the back of the Stars Treat Bag for my Card Front Panel. I did a Watercolor Wash with Pool Party Ink and my Large Water Painter on the Panel. (Water Painters are on Page 129 of Stampin' Up!'s NEW 2022-2023 Annual Catalog - three Water Painters; 1 fine tip, 1 medium tip and 1 large flat brush tip).
Watercolor Wash Supplies; Paper Towels, Small Bowl of Water, choice of ink or ink pad, Shimmery White Cardstock or Basic White Cardstock (or paper of your choice) and the Large Flat Brush Water Painter.
I applied a light layer of water with the Large Flat Brush Water Painter by dipping the brush into a small bowl of water. (You do not want to oversaturate the panel as it will pill. Pill - to form into small, pill-like balls, as the fuzz on a wool sweater.
I then put one drop of Pool Party Ink onto my Large Acrylic Block and swished it around with some water. I painted on light strips of Pool Party Ink. (You can also squish your ink pad so some ink forms in a small pool on the inside lid of your ink pad and add some water to it. It's your personal preference as to which technique you use.)
I dried my Panel with my Stampin' Up! Heat Tool. (To prevent curling of your Panel, use your Heat Tool from underneath the panel and also on top of the panel and use your fingers to manipulate the paper.)
I adhered my Card Front Panel to my Card Base.
Using the NEW Seal of Approval Stamp Set, I stamped 'Warm Wishes' in Fresh Freesia Ink onto the bottom of my Card Base.
I then used the Front of the Stars Treat Bag as a Stencil. I adhered the Stencil to my Card with Masking Paper (on Page 149 of the Annual Catalog). Using my Blending Brush (Page 129). I brushed on Pool Party Ink from my Pool Party Ink Pad.
Using the NEW Aspen Tree Dies, I die cut out the Large Oval Tree Die from the Soft Suede pattern in the NEW Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper. I adhered three of the Negative Die Cuts to my Card as shown in the picture above.
Using the Diorama Dies, I die cut out three Snowbanks and adhered them to my Card.
Using the NEW Seal of Approval Stamp Set, I stamped my Seals in Soft Suede Ink onto Basic White Cardstock and fussy cut them out.
I stamped my three Trees in Mossy Meadow Ink onto Basic White Cardstock and fussy cut them out.
I adhered everything to my Card as shown in the picture above.
Using my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush (Page 128), I brushed the clear glitter onto the edges of the Snowbanks, the Negative Birch Trees and the Stars. And, of course, it doesn't show up in the pictures.
I adhered some of the NEW Adhesive Backed Sequins and Gems onto my Card as shown in the picture above. The new Sequins and Gems are on Page 19 & 83 of the New 2022 Holiday Catalog. The Sequins come in Fresh Freesia and Coastal Cabana and the Gems are Iridescent.
For the inside of my Card:
I stamped my Saying on a piece of the leftover Stars Treat Bag and adhered it to a leftover piece of the Birch Trees to create a Sign and adhered it to the inside of my Card.
I adhered another Seal.
