Stampin' Up! Harvest Haunts September 2021Paper Pumpkin Kit - Alternate Projects

It's another cool, windy, rainy day outside today in Midland, Michigan.  Our high temp for today is 55F with a low tonight of 49F.  The winds are NNW at 20 to 30mph with some higher wind gusts possible.

My share for today is Alternate Projects made using Stampin' Up!'s September Paper Pumpkin Kit called Harvest Haunts.  Let's take a look:


I just love to create Halloween projects and Stampin' Up! sure made the September 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Harvest Haunts a BIG, BIG and BIG hit.  When I first saw the Harvest Haunts Kit, the first thing I thought of was to make a Turkey.  And...the Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin Team already created the Turkey plus a Frankenstein for their alternate projects shown on the reverse side of our instructions for the kit!!!  A BIG, BIG and BIG Thank You to the Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin Team!!!


Pictured above is the Turkey that I made from the supplies in the Harvest Haunts Paper Pumpkin Kit.  I just Love him and he makes me Smile BIG just by looking at his happy face!!!



I'm not a BIG fan of Frankenstein; but, I thought I would give him a go!  To my surprise, I like him...I won't ever watch the movies though!  I don't like scary movies as they give me nightmares.  I know...what a BIG sissy, right.



And, of course, I had to make a lighted Pumpkin. 


I used my Hole Punch to makes holes on each side of the Pumpkin and its face.
 

I put a little flickering Tea Light inside and the light shines through all the holes.

Yesterday, I commented that I 'strategically adhered my Leaves' to my Pumpkin so that the recipient can re-use the Pumpkin.  So, as you can see by the picture above, I adhered the Leaves to the tops of the connecting flaps so it didn't get adhered together and you can't open it without ruining it.  


And...I just made a loop in the center of the Vine piece so it hooked underneath the flap connection and it stayed there without having to adhere it.  So, not only is the Pumpkin happy; I'm happy too!!!  And...I hope to have my Pumpkin for years to come.  I have them lined up and lit up on my windowsill  So cute!!!


What a Fabulously, Funtastic kit!!!  That Turkey still cracks me up!!!
