It's another cloudy day outside today in Midland, Michigan. We got another inch of Snow yesterday and we are to expect some occasional snow showers throughout the day. Our high temp for today is 33F with a low tonight of 25F. The winds are W at 5 to 10 mph.
My share for today is 2 Valentines Day Cards that I designed for my Great Niece and Nephew. I used a lot of Stampin' Up!'s new products from the new 2021 Mini Occasional Catalog. Let's take a look:
My Card Base is Rococo Rose Cardstock.
My Card Front Panel is the Rococo Rose/White Dot pattern from Stampin' Up!'s Free Sale-A-Bration Oh So Ombre 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper.
Using the Oh, Snap Stamp Set, I stamped my Alligator onto the Granny Apple Green pattern. fussy cut him out and adhered him to my Card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I also stamped the Bird, Frog, Flowers and Fish in Memento Black Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.
Using my Stampin' Blends in Light and Dark, I colored:
The Bird with Smoky Slate. I then used my Color Lifter to remove and spread some of the Smoky Slate.
The Frog with Granny Apple Green.
The Flowers with Rococo Rose.
The Fish with Bermuda Bay.
I fussy cut out all of them out and adhered them to my Card as shown in the picture above; some with both Stampin' Dimensionals and Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I also adhered one of the Petal Pink/blue Snails from the Paper Pumpkin Sending Hearts Add On into the Alligators mouth.
Using the From All of Us Stamp Set, I stamped From All of Us in Memento Black Ink onto one of the Petal Pink Banners in the January 2021 Sending Hearts Paper Pumpkin Add On.
I adhered the Banner and the Fish to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I trimmed out a panel of Whisper White Cardstock to measure 3-3/4" x 5" and adhered it to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
Using the Always in my Heart Stamp Set, I stamped Be My Valentine in Black Memento Ink onto Rococo Rose Cardstock.
Using the Many Hearts Dies, I die cut out my Heart and adhered it to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I had a strip of the Rococo Rose DSP leftover so I adhered that to the inside of my Card also.
I cut a length of the Blushing Bride Twine from the Snail Mail Twine Combo Pack. The other color is Whisper White. I tied a Bow around the tip of the Alligators Tail.
And, I also made another Card with from Bermuda Bay products.
The Snail is the Poppy Parade Snail from the Paper Pumpkin Sending Hearts Add On. There are 2 different colors: Poppy Parade and Blue.
I used the Whisper White Twine to tie a Bow around the Alligators Tail.
I did the same on the inside of this Card only used Bermuda Bay products.
Love, love and LOVE!!! I'm sure that my Great Niece and Nephew will love them too!
