My share for today is a Best Wishes Card that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s Timeless Tulips and Band Together Stamp Sets and the coordinating Detailed Bands dies. Let's take a look:
I'm having BIG fun making cards where I'm using up some pieces of leftover Designer Series Paper. I'm also trying to pick different color combinations with bold, bright and gorgeous Cardstock like this Gorgeous Grape Cardstock that I used for my Card Base.
For my Card Front Panel, I chose a leftover Gingham piece of 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper in Gorgeous Grape. My Card Front Panel is 2-1/2" x 5-1/2".
I cut a length of 3/8" Tricolor Ribbon, wrapped it around the left side of my Card Front Panel and adhered the Ribbon on the back of the Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and Tape.
I then adhered the Panel with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
Using Stampin' Up!'s Timeless Tulips Stamp Set, I stamped to Tulips in Daffodil Delight Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock.
I stamped the Tulip Stems and Leaves in Mossy Meadow Ink.
I punched the two Tulips and the Leaves out using the coordinating Tulip Builder Punch.
I fussy cut out the Stems.
I adhered everything to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue except the Tulip and Stem on the right. I used Stampin' Dimensionals under the Tulip and the upper part of the Stem.
Using Band Together Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment in Black Memento Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.
Using the Detailed Bands dies, I die cut out the Medium Band from Highland Heather Cardstock. I also die cut out my Sentiment using the coordinating Oval die.
I adhered the Band and the Oval to my Card with Stampin' Dimensionals. (Tip - Make sure your Dimensionals cover both the Band and the Oval so that there aren't any gaps.)
I cut another length of the Tricolor (Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather and Purple Posy) Ribbon and pulled the threads from it. I tied a strand around the threads in a knot and adhered it to the bottom of my Band.
I adhered 3 Gorgeous Grape Enamel Dot to my Card as shown in the picture above.

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due. My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.
