Hugs from Shelli May 2019 Paper Pumpkin Kit, Bird Ballad, Free as a Bird - Alternate Hello Love Card II

I had to re-post my Bird Ballad Card as I've gotten so many visitors to my blog to see my Card.  Almost 400 visits.  I'm so glad so many people enjoyed my Card!!!  That's truly an honor!!!





We had showers of light rain this morning and a stray shower or thunderstorm is possible yet this afternoon.  The sun is suppose to come out this afternoon.  Our high for today is 73F and a low tonight of 64F.  The winds are SSE at 10 to 20 mph.

My share for today is an Alternate Hello Love Card that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s Hugs From Shelli May 2019 Paper Pumpkin Kit, the new Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper and the new Free As A Bird Stamp Set.  Let's take a look:

My Card Base is Pool Party Cardstock.

My Card Front Panel is the Bird Nest Card in the Hugs from Shelli May 2019 Paper Pumpkin Kit.  I cut the Bird Nest Card in half at its natural score line.

Using Stampin' Up!'s Tear & Tape Adhesive (cut in half lengthwise), I adhered a length of the Velvet Ribbon from the Kit along the left side of my Card Front Panel and adhered the Card Front Panel to my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Using the new Free As A Bird Stamp Set, I stamped my Flowers and Leaf Stems in Black Memento Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock.

I colored my Flowers with my Light and Dark Pool Party Stampin' Blends.

I colored my Leaf Stems with my Light and Dark Old Olive Stampin' Blends.

I fussy cut out my Flowers and Leaf Stems and adhered them to my Card as shown in the picture above.

Using one of the Labels in the Kit and the Hugs from Shelli Stamp Set, I stamped my Hello Love in Soft Suede Ink onto the Label and then adhered the Label to my Card.

I fussy cut out my Bird from the new Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper and adhered the Bird to the edge of the Nest.

Cling Stamps

Stampin' Up!'s red rubber stamps are now better then ever!

Cling stamps were first introduced in Japan beginning with their 2018-2019 annual catalog. The new stamp line has been a smashing success. We are excited to offer cling stamps in all other markets beginning with the 2019 occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure. During the transition, be sure to view product details carefully both in publications (each stamp type is identified with an icon) and when placing orders to note the stamp medium.

• Beginning with the 2019 occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure, all new stamp sets will be available either in cling (for red rubber stamps) or photopolymer.
• Stamps in the 2018-2019 annual catalog will continue to be available in clear-mount, wood-mount, or photopolymer.
• Red rubber stamp sets (clear-mount or wood-mount) in the annual catalog that will be carrying over will transition to cling with the 2019-2020 annual catalog. Watch for more information about carryover stamp sets in April 2019 with the regularly scheduled communication about catalog transitions, the carryover list, and the retiring products list.

• In 2019-2020 annual catalog, clear-mount and wood-mount stamps* will no longer be available. The only exception is background stamps in North America only, which will still be available in wood-mount.
