On a Personal Note: My Dear Friend, Dee, passed away early Tuesday morning. Many thanks to all the Prayer Warriors out there and for your kind thoughts, words and sympathy. She will be missed so much by so many. My thoughts and prayers go out to Dee's Husband, Eric, and their Daughter, Erin.
My share for today is an Alternate Thank You Card that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s For the Love of Felt Project Kit, Doily Wishes Dies and more. Let's take a look:
I'm not able to go into complete details of how I made my Card. I just don't have the brain working thoughts today to put it into words. The 'BIN' is full right now.
I can tell you how I made the Large Flower though. It's very easy and I don't need to put a lot of thought into how I created it.
Using the Doily Wishes Dies, I used the Doily Outline Die to die cut out a Doily from Pool Party Cardstock.
I found the center point of the Doily and poked a tiny hole. I used my Stampin' Snips and cut in-between the Scallops of the Doily and just up to the tiny hole.
I then used my Petal Roller tool and my Stampin' Piercing Mat to cup (curl) each Petal.
Using Label Me Pretty Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment onto Daffodil Delight Cardstock in Pear Pizzazz Ink and die cut it out using Layering Circles Dies.
I doubled up two Stampin' Dimensionals behind the Flower and adhered it to my Card.
I used one Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the Flower Center to my Flower.
Have a Blessed Day!!!

Cling Stamps
Stampin' Up!'s red rubber stamps are now better then ever!
Cling stamps were first introduced in Japan beginning with their 2018-2019 annual catalog. The new stamp line has been a smashing success. We are excited to offer cling stamps in all other markets beginning with the 2019 occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure. During the transition, be sure to view product details carefully both in publications (each stamp type is identified with an icon) and when placing orders to note the stamp medium.
- Beginning with the 2019 occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure, all new stamp sets will be available either in cling (for red rubber stamps) or photopolymer.
- Stamps in the 2018-2019 annual catalog will continue to be available in clear-mount, wood-mount, or photopolymer.
- Red rubber stamp sets (clear-mount or wood-mount) in the annual catalog that will be carrying over will transition to cling with the 2019-2020 annual catalog. Watch for more information about carryover stamp sets in April 2019 with the regularly scheduled communication about catalog transitions, the carryover list, and the retiring products list.
- In 2019-2020 annual catalog, clear-mount and wood-mount stamps* will no longer be available. The only exception is background stamps in North America only, which will still be available in wood-mount.
- *Wood-mount stamp set sales have been steadily declining for several years. Stampin’ Up! research and sales teams took this and several other factors into consideration before discontinuing wood-mount stamps. We are confident the transition to cling stamps will be beneficial in many ways for demonstrators, customers, and the company.
